Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago O'Hare

Great location with helpful and friendly staff. The suites were spacious and clean. Good amenities, great parking, and close to many dining options. Also great to catch an Uber to the metro to head downtown. Only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud.

I had to have people moves rooms because the ceiling was leaking. The hotel needs to be updated real bad.

Was a real nice place. Clean and well maintained. Except for the light over table did not work. There was no dish soap. Only had a plate and 2 pieces of silverware. Cant run dishwasher for that small of amount.? Oops. Read above.

Exceptional

Great price for a week in Chicago close to food & entertainment. The AC in the bedroom was blasting cold air while the vent in the living room kitchen was not, other than that this place was great. We would recommend based upon the value & amenities as it's close to all major highways too.

Property needs a upgrade, below the Marriott brand standard in my opinion. Laundry service (the machines) were ridiculous to use. I need to setup and account just to do one load of Laundry, took 15 min of wasted time.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, easy parking, walking distance from many restaurants and a Target.

bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioner was so loud that none of us could sleep. we have to check out early and find another hotel

We LOVED staying here. The hotel was top notch. The staff were amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the views were stunning!

We were very pleased with the proximity to Ohare airport and the shuttle service. The two bedroom room we had was spacious for our family. It was clean and quiet and breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Front desk staff is unfriendly, but all others are friendly and helpful. Pool isn’t heated. Rooms are clean but not kept up especially well.

Great place for an extended stay. Location was convenient to everything in the area. Quite, clean and staff was right there when you needed them. Definitely would recommend and most definitely stay again.

We were attending a concert at Allstate Arena, and the location was great! Also, the shuttle to the airport to then get on the blue line was great! Our room was pretty small and the cleanliness was not the best. There were stains on our bed and we found dirty socks when we pulled out the sleeper sofa. Also, one tiny trashcan in the entire place is not enough.

The continental breakfast didn’t have a ton of options but was ok but they didn’t bring out additional food even though almost everything was empty 45minutes before the end of breakfast time.
