Clean, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very very kind and supportive. I smashed my pinkie finger in the bathroom door upon arrival because the barn style door which is a slow close, got stuck and I went to push it shut & slammed my finger between the door & wall. I immediately called the front desk & asked for an injury report because I thought it was broken. No report was given to me nor did anyone come to check the door. At the time this happened, the front desk said he was the only person on site for the rest of the night which was a Friday night. There was also a ton of kids there for a soccer tournament who were knocking on room doors and running, I caught one of the kids & told them to knock it off which they didn’t. Let the front desk know & they said they couldn’t really do anything about it. I asked if they had security that could walk the floors & advise them to stop. They said there isn’t security at the hotel which was extremely disturbing to me. And this went on from Friday thru Sunday. They said they would apply a credit for the inconvenience but haven’t seen that either. The staff was very nice but limited with the ability to actually rectify any situation. Highly disappointed as this has been one of my favorite places to stay. Will not go back.

Location, price except they charge for parking twhich is ridiculous It's a hotel that allis pers and they do not have rooms that are pet free and our room smelled like a wet dog. Staff tried to spray the room but it did not last. Hotel is great if you have pets.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not happy that there is a fee for parking. Breakfast was typical for most hotels with free breakfast.

Everything was great. Will stay again

All was good, personnel cleanliness, etc Elevators both need work, slow and one out order
-
Pet friendly and well appointed. Love the kitchenette in room. Pool is very small and surrounding lounge area is not great.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous to charge guest a parking fee because they are parked in a parking lot.

Of note - ask for a room away from the elevator and not facing the freeway. I heard the freeway at night bright your own portable fan. The ac unit did not work in my room, which is why this Hilton gets such a low rating. I stayed in late July, when temps got up to 104. I’m from the coast and not use to sac weather. First night, the ac unit was broken and would not turn on. A nice worker came up to try to fix it. He was able to restart it but it still sputtered out by midnight. In the morning I saw the temp of the room was 75. Which to me is hot. But I was just grateful it wasn’t hotter. I came back after day 1 of my exam, and the wall meter to control the ac is on and working! Finally! I turn it down to 68. Just. 68. Then the heater turned on. The heat setting could not be undone. I tried to restart the ac unit as they did the day before but it just wouldn’t budge. The room began to heat up to 78 degrees. I could not get it off the heat button. I called and called reception and they said they’d send someone up to fix it but it was late at night and if they sent someone I did not hear them knock. I was alone. Boiling. Waiting to take an exam the next morning that defines my career. Overall would not stay here again. Oh and you have to pay $12/night to park. Come on.

It was close by and the hotel was very clean. Management staff standing around when there was a long line to check in. She wouldn't help the gentlemen check everyone in. Staff was not friendly at all.

This hotel was amazing! Clean and comfortable room with a great buffet style breakfast with many options to choose from.

Beautiful Accomodations, good Location, and Exceptional Staff! Everything was perfect!

It was a good experience in this central and conveniently placed hotel, but a few downsides. Parking was expensive! Parking with the hotel should be free. That was an unpleasant surprise. My room was on the side of the outdoor pool and kids were screaming every evening til after 10. Next time, I’ll be more careful on what side the room is. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. It was overal a good experience.

Location and price. Paying to park in Roseville is ridiculous. Staff were not very cordial when we checked in.

This is our second time staying. The rooms are decent and comfortable. The breakfast was horrible this time around. I don’t know what some of the items were but horrible! They looked like potato patties but had a taste of sausage!

Breakfast looked good. The large group of youth sports teams overwhelmed the breakfast a bit… The hotel was overrun by youth sports teams. Many kids were in all areas unsupervised. It got a little hectic at times.

It's our second time staying at this property and it's really great for families and kids. I love having a kitchen in the rooms. The proximity to Top Golf, Dutch Bros, and Noah's Bagels is what is important to us.
