Residence Inn by Marriott Rocklin Roseville

Every time we stay here the rooms are so clean, the staff are so nice, and breakfast is so good.

Breakfast I went down for all of us. I was toasting a bagel and a women not speaking English kept moving my plate to the condiment table without asking me. I was only one in food area? They she followed me around. We didn’t go back. Breakfast had a lot of choices but low quality food. The kitchen was tough they give you one trash bag at a time, one dishwasher soap but they did provide paper towels. No oven. No ice in Refrigerator. Bathroom had small sink area shower was nice but our conditioner dispenser was empty. They charge 10.00 a day per car parking and have 2 Tesla chargers. We waited to get to charge but half way someone unplugged us and attached their vehicle. Pool was nice and they had towels. They had a luggage cart but it had a big bubble in the bottom and luggage falls off. The property was not a 9.8 more like a 7.8. The staff was nice but too expensive for what you get.

Excellent stay all the way around. It was in a nice location. The AC was great! The room was spacious beds comfy and the pillows were amazing! It had a lot of nice places to eat that were just near the hotel. I have never stayed at a Residence Inn before but this one surpassed my expectations. Staff was exceptional. If there was something that I didn't like it was not related to Residence Inn it was the scorching Heat in the area that I was staying at but the wonderful air conditioning helped make it a pleasant stay.

Staff very helpful and friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfy and the continental breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The pool was closed during our stay.

The front desk staff was very kind, and I appreciate their professionalism, but finding this out at check-in—especially with a group of four—was disappointing. I was told there may have been a discount applied, but I’m not sure if that was actually reflected. At that point, the hotel seemed very busy with events going on, so there wasn’t much I could do. I just would have really appreciated a heads-up ahead of time so we could plan accordingly.

Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me.

Comfortable, had everything we needed, priced right, clean, great breakfast, gym was amazing, pool was wonderful…came back for a second night even though it was not on our route. The stairs were right above our room so we could here people coming and going at all hours

We had no problems, staff was friendly, room was clean, would definitely stay here again
