Key Inn Roseville

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The whole hotel stinks of mildew and body odor. Was almost hit in the parking lot twice. Elevator falling apart with cardboard walls and moving blankets nailed up. Extended my stay for the same room and staff wanted me to move out at 11 to check back in at 3 for no explainable reason. Please save yourself the trouble.

The hotel is nice for me price. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood but other than that it's not bad .

Room was clean, other than the toe nail (not ours) on the floor. Bed was comfy, but not enough pillows. Still no place to hang clothes, but the shower was nice and hot, though the head is too low and I am 5’7”

The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean and there showered was really dirty, I had u use to used a half of bottle of bleach, the elevator smells like mildew, the hallway was dirty too, I will NEVER go back there, they breakfas, on the scale 1 to 10, I give them 1, it was the worst ever

I went to check in and the counter person and a customer were arguing and yelling at each other! I turned and left and didn't check in! I didn't feel safe there! Could not get a refund!

Overall, it was good enough for taking rest or sleep for a night.

They are remodeling when we stayed there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing the breakfast could use a little more options. There is plenty of parking even for those who have trailers.

An older hotel that appears to be fairly well kept. Rooms were clean, and staff attended to them daily. Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Toast and coffee, and if you got there early a piece of fruit. That could be improved upon, but overall was good value for the money.

The staff were very nice and helpful They did not provide me a room with a microwave or a fridge. The second floor was being repaired and looked messy

The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean, but the hot water didn't work in the bathtub.

Me and my sister and friend check in and checked out within ten minutes because when we got into the room the bathroom was dirty, there was piss stain all over the toilet seat, and then someone tried to open our door which also didn’t even make it safe for us. I would not recommend this place we requested a refund because of all of the event that took place the front desk said we have to contact Expedia for a refund as we book through them but when we reached out to Expedia and Expedia reach out to the hotel they change their mind and said we are not giving them a refund even though we never even slept there. That was very unprofessional about the hotel as they said they would have given us the refund in full.

I wouldn't stay here again. Yes, the price is fairly low but I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms look way nicer in the photos. It appears they have just gutted/renovated the property, but didn't clean anything. There is drywall dust everywhere, the mud is stuck to the sink, counter, bathtub etc. The TV was old and had lines through the screen so it was hard to actually see the picture on the TV. The bedding was extremely cheap. The fitted sheet didn't even cover the mattress and the top bedding was just a sheet with a decorative cover sheet.

Took my money and gave no refund. I should have atleast got a partial refund. The desk attendant screamed at me and treated me like garbage.
