Motel 6 Roseville, MN - Minneapolis North

You couldn’t pay me to stay there again The room had 1 hand towel I went to ask for more, the 1 they gave me had black spots on it The staff person told me she wasn’t sure if my room had a tv or if it worked, but I couldn’t switch rooms as they were booked full so I was stuck with what I had The room was not clean The sheets had brown spots on them I luckily had a tarp in my truck that I used as my bed sheet and covered in it Messy all around the location No way was I using the fridge as I noticed it wasn’t plugged in, but I wasn’t going to dig for the plug or find the outlet as it looked dirty in that area I didn’t feel safe at all My recommendations DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Everything was horrible from the start. The staff were very accommodating but had nothing more to offer. Definitely not booking again.

I have never even imagined a hotel to ever be this bad. Room reeked of pee and cigarettes, all the sheets and pillows were stained and not even washed, stains all over the walls, no towels in our room AT ALL, floor was dirty and the first night we killed 5 cockroaches! Staff was terrible and argued with us over the condition of our room, gave us a new room and that one was just as gross- toilet didn’t work, stains all over, No TV??????? This place should be condemned and burned, and then burned again.

Dirty floors, no hot water, sink drain was plugged and water barely came out! I would tell everyone to stay clear of this dump!

This property is so bad I refused even to check in.

There were no amenities. No water glasses in the room, not enough towels. Air-conditioner had mold and dust caked in it. Mattress was on a broken box spring/Platform. Lost our reservation. Asked for towels and Water glass to be sent to the room, never happened. Ugh.. Just awful

I left after three hours because I started to get allergies when I laid in the bed and the room wasn’t very clean

There was no hot water, water heater was broken. Fridge was leaking water on the floor. Just one bed sheet, but it was clean. I had to leave at 75.00 deposit and wait 5 to 7 days to see if I get it back. But the people working there were very nice.

Terrible experience all around, beds had dead bugs in it and stains on sheets and pillows. Place is a dump ended up not staying there. Very shady motel.

I didn't like my stay at the Motel 6 in Roseville MN. My 1st night there, there was NO hot water. I was never informed of the hot water. Thought out my stay I shower a couple days. Staff Valerie very very poor professional skill in managing the property are employee. I would ask for different item for the room, she would say and I quote " I got you, I bring it myself and never receive it. This happened ok n 3 different occasions. Drugs users and dealer on the property securty there looked the other way. The stay and the conditions of the rooms for the amount of money I paid wasn't worth it. The room was affordable for my money but the stay was TERRIBLE. I took a video of the condition of the room.

We stayed here last minute for a concert. The sink was dirty with toothpaste, the shower was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, when we opened the fridge there was a large Raising Cane cup full of sauce left in there. When we came back to go to bed there was stains on the sheets. Luckily we had extra sheets in the car to put over the bed. Also 1 pillow for a queen size bed. 10/10 would not recommend this place.

After going to dinner and contemplating if we could actually stay there, we decided to ask for a room change. The second room was better and looked a little like the photos. The was an odd mold smell, but we dealt with it. The shower curtain was filthy, but the water was hot. The shower was ok… after showering I noticed some dried yellow stains on the shower stall which made me believe it was probably dried urine. The mattress in this room was clean, but when I was about to sleep for the night I noticed a blood stain on the sheet. The outlet near the sinks didn’t work. The lamps flickered. We got the hell out ASAP in the morning.

Nothing, Had to cut my stay short! The rooms had some problems and the sheets smell and looked dirty I couldn’t sleep.

When informed of the smell, the hotel staff did not clean the stairwell but did spray some air freshener. The front door was broken and did not correctly open or close. There was no dolly to move our luggage. The door to our hotel room did not correctly close, so we took the advice of the multiple signs throughout the hotel and used both deadbolts to secure the door. The elevator broke down and was inoperable, and luggage had to be hauled by stairwell (which, as a reminder, reeked of urine). There was a security guard and police officers on site, apparently in relation to a domestic dispute. Another hotel guest solicited us for drugs. The rooms are quite small and the AC was inoperable from our room. There was yellow stains on the sheets and minimal amenities. I do not recommend this hotel in any capacity.

TV didn't work... the faucet leak 24/7 with no maintenance could not get maintenance to sweep my room couldn't use the broom or anything it was super not helpful. There was one person it was black lady that worked here she was pretty cool
