Nice and clean They were pet friendly, and we got evicted from the facility due to my dogs carrying on, but when we arrived, they were sound asleep and stood outside the door way, and never heard any dogs hallowing. Then when we checked out, they took a week to get my refund, only bc I threatened to turn them over. In less than 24 hrs, my reimbursement hit my account.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern and brand new! They are also the size of a small apartment with a living room, kitchen, giant walk-in closet, pristine bathroom and bedroom. I needed to do laundry and the owner gave me detergent for free and told me that he doesn’t charge guests for laundry. The hotel is located in a very safe area of town across from a school and near a hospital. I will stay here again if we go through Roswell.

The staff was very nice. Check in was very easy. The property seemed pretty well cared for. Mattress was extra firm. Sheets were clean but stiff and rough to the touch. No luggage stand. No hairdryer. Kitchen was stocked very sparsely. Loud footsteps from room above and noise from hallway. Stain on the ceiling looked like someone threw orange juice up and it stuck.

I am almost reluctant to leave a review because I feel like this is a hidden gem and I don’t want it to get out to everyone or shoot up in price. This renovated senior community turned hotel is the best value of any place I have stayed anywhere throughout the United States. I genuinely enjoy Roswell because of this place. And I don’t enjoy Roswell at all.

This would be our #1...

Friendly, helpful staff and nice amenities in room

My room at B&J Hotel was fantastic, more like an apartment with kitchen, living area, desk area and separate bedroom. Everything was clean and in good working order. There was covered parking for my car. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy I booked this hotel. Also, great price. Highly recommend.

Great price, space and location. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Broken flashing light coming from covered parking and broken window blind that didn’t close to stop letting led light into room at night. Hard to sleep when light keeps flashing into room
