Our room was clean and larger than we expected. Close to dining, shopping and a lot of Roswell attractions. We were happy with our stay and would stay again when back in this area.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. The ice machine was out of service, but they gave me ice from theirs whenever I asked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While they don’t have breakfast, there’s a coffee and juice machine. The location is great.

Hair all over room in tubs, sinks and floors. The room had a terrible stale smell. Sheets had stains. The front desk check in took 20 plus minutes and had to call to figure out how to take payment. The advertised pool was filled in with dirt and furniture

This is my go to place to stay when I'm visiting Roswell. Happy, professional, helpful and cheerful staff.

The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was clear updates made to the room. They are still in the middle of renovations to the property but overall it was a nice stay. The owner was super nice and helpful to suggest things to see and do in Roswell! The property was nice and quiet and on the main strip close to downtown. There was plenty of food places to find close by and it was a nice place to get a quick run/walk just before sunset.

reservation. They allowed us to check in early so appreciative. Only one thing, I didn’t see the check out time 10am. Usually it’s posted on back of the room. No ones fault but ours.

Owners where rude and room wasn’t cleaned properly and then we checked out and they called me and accused me of stealing there blankets .

Place was cute and clean easy check in bed was comfortable and check out was a breeze. Said you could get coffee and juice but the office was closed still at 7 am
