Hace unos años encontrábamos descompuestos los elevadores frecuentemente y había que subir el equipaje por las escaleras, muy pesado. Pero el trato del personal era amable y contaban con alberca techada. Ahora no hay alberca, los desayunos se terminan media o una hora antes del horario establecido y no los vuelven a surtir. El personal no es amable, las frutas estaban viejas. No es de la categoría ni del nivel de un Hilton

Overall, we had a great experience, and the staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the false advertisement of a swimming pool and hot tub. We specifically chose this place because of those amenities, especially since we were traveling with kids. It was frustrating to arrive and find out they weren't available. I hope the listing is updated so future guests know what to expect.

THE $50 CASH DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS WHICH THE CLERK SAID I WILL GET BACK "IN A FEW DAYS. " I HAD NO INCIDENTALS SO I SHOULD GET MY DEPOSIT BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS.
