Clean room with comfortable bed. Staff is lovely. Pool was great, but no gym.

I didn’t like how the room on expedia and Comfort Inn’s own website stated that they had infant cribs and they did not have any

Breakfast was mediocre at best, sheets were not clean.

The only issue was online map directions took us to wrong Hotel, to a Best Western. They said it happens all the time. Not Comfort Inn’s fault but was frustrating.

Everything was great, except the breakfast. I have stayed here several times and it was always good, but this trip there was no variety. Only eggs and sausage, no biscuits or gravy

Almost 5 star. Need to figure out how to get rid of standing water in the parking lot.

The building is older and not maintained the greatest. It was ok for our one night stay. Pool was closed which was a bummer. I would have appreciated that notice before booking.

The room was NOT as clean as it should've been. Hair on the bedding , dirt and stuff in the drawers definitely hasn't been vacuumed between the beds and walls and smelled like urine. Muffins during breakfast were hard and stale.

No butter available. I asked for some and was told they did not have any. When I went to check in the employee at the counter was rude at first when I said, "I checked in online". He told me you can't check in online, and that people tell him that they did and argue with him and he yells them with that attitude they can just get out of his hotel. I waited for about 5 seconds to respond so I wouldn't say something rude back. When I responded I just said I think I just used the terminology and that I made a reservation online. Normally I would have just left and found another hotel, but I was too tired. He did chill out and was fine after that. Just a change in delivery and less attitude when informing me about not being able to check in online would solve the problem.

It was a great experience, which has not been the norm for many of my recent travel experiences. Nice property. Just stay there! :D

Good location and check in was pretty A little run down, not as clean as we would have wanted

The pool was closed my kids didn't get to enjoy it but overall it was a good stay!
