Bed was comfortable Uninviting and cold environment before entering the premises.The receptionist annoyed/angered me greatly! He was not welcoming, did not respond to me when I said hello, then I was embarrassed in front of my family firstly, for being asked to pay $100.00 security deposit for each room with a credit card ONLY, I was not aware of this, and my husband and I don't own a credit card, and do not think we have to justify ourselves for it! But he arrogantly added, with a snarky attitude "that it's included in the policy!" Assuming we should have one, and that every person reads the damn policy also or should already know of this condition! This is the first time my husband and I have booked a hotel/motel etc, and we had already prepaid for the rooms! My granddaughter offered to pay the security deposit as she could see how upset I was becoming. I intentionally made sure they refunded her money back the next day.To be more antagonizing, he arrogantly apologised to other people that were waiting behind us, while we stood there waiting for him to attend us! And give us the keys! When he finally did, he was ignorant to give us directions how or where to go to our rooms. The rooms were a decent size, I disliked the bathroom, and the shower pressure was overwhelmingly sore! Toilet facing the mirror which is unusual, and directly behind and facing the door. No cutlery other than 2 teaspoons, no dishes, cloths, tea towels, and droplets for milk? A broken bed lamp, no dehumidifier in the bathroom. We left the next day and booked into another hotel, that was a lot cheaper but excellent all round. GREATLY ANNOYED, UNIMPRESSED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING TO ANY HUMAN!

It is a good location near the CBD with good parking. Nice to be able to add breakfast or meals Whilst we had a large spacious room with a kitchen. The kitchen only came with 2 cups, 3 glasses and 2 tsps. Otherwise an entire kitchen with not even a plate to use. No tea towel or dish liquid to wash our cups. We had a spa bath but the jets did not go. The room was cold and it took some time to work out that the heat pump remotes were in the wrong rooms.

Very noisy and unclean. For the price paid, would not recommend. Very unclean and rooms were shabby with sparse and out dated decor. Very noisy and room service leaves your dirty dishes outside all night when they said they’d collect them. Tiles in corridor were chipped. Overall very run down and depressing.

The room was clean and well presented The aircon in the bathroom was really loud and went all night. No way to turn it off. Had a terrible sleep.. The door inti the bathroom didn't shut properly and made a loud noise every time we used it.

Beds were very comfortable, room was lovely and warm. Showers were great Bottom floor room. School group was staying who were roaming around, talking loudly and doors were slamming when trying to sleep. A lot of noise, wouldn't recommend a floor room. No toaster, plates or cutlery. So forced to either dine in the hotel restaurant or eat out.
