locain Motel is too Old

We had a family room - two rooms with four beds. Beds were clean and comfortable. An extra pillow or two would have been nice. Location was handy to town. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a simple meal. We had a new fridge and toaster. It was a little noisy - road and other people around. We were in the front part of the motel, opening the window to our the back, the place looked like it was falling down! A lot of work needed. A power point wasn't working and some of the window latches were a bit dodgy. I would never swim in the spa. It was run down and needed some serious work.

It's location is very convenient and close to everything Ameneties are outdated and old.

It was a standard motel. Nothing to complain about it was one night stay

Convenient to where I was going The door couldn't shut unless you locked it,microwave rusted inside,fridge was unstable,shower had to turn right around to even get warm,close the shower curtain and it was dark,TV wasn't working and lights were dull,do I need to say,for the money you pay ?.

Nothing to like Everything about my stay was disappointing. The environment was filthy, and the price they charged was absurd. Not all switches in the room had power, and the bathroom was blocked. They didn't provide any shampoo or soap, and there was no heater or air conditioner. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The staff were as unhelpful as the motel itself. The place was unhygienic and not suitable for families.

It was quiet. While the beds were very old, the mattresses were comfortable. Very run down externally and inside. Dirty and stained chair covers, tea towels, rusted out microwave, illegal set up for smoke alarm. Caked on dust on fan. Toilet that wouldn’t flush the paper down. Spa in attached back room was not working we were told which was ok, but there were other peoples thongs and buckets of water out there!

The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Hugely overpriced, clearly the prices were increased for the weekend given there were 2 big events in town. Very rundown! Windows didn’t close properly, spa bath enamel was chipped. window sill in bathroom chipped. Old fixtures still in wall. The mineral pool wasn’t working. Water pressure in the shower over bath was poor. Very disappointed in the amount of money I paid for this vs what I received.

Beds okay. Fine if you need a place to sleep. Old and outdated. Motel requires a revamp, loads of fixes required - windows didn't close, shower was rusted, window frames with hard deposits, no kids safety latches on 3rd floor windows (family room). Mineral pools out of order and no air con. No hospitality.

Just the location and at least there is a place to sleep overnight The bathroom and the deck rusty. The china ware is dirty with an old milk sticking on it. Stained duvet. Curtains almost came off . Not enough socket for charging. No sky on television.

The location was the only positive answer I can truthfully give. Booked 3 nights, did not stay due to poor poor maintenance of the property. Children had cockroaches crawling over their face while sleeping. Photos are deceiving on the website. Overall received 2 nights refund. It's a run-down motel trying to stay afloat. Crochroaches Broken bed No battery in smoke alarm Hot water tap in kitchen broken No mineral spa Tv had 3 channels with glitching reception Most windows did not open Overall worst experience for a first time stay in Rotorua. Not happy at all!!! Felt unsafe as door latch did not work, so main lock was needed which did not shut the door fully.
