Room was clean, warm and comfortable.

The owners Bryce and Natalee were extremely friendly and happily helped us out when our email with our room and code hadn't arrived. They also offered a spot to safely keep or bikes during our stay. Our room was well equipped with all we needed. Town is only a short walk away, which was great for us. We'll definitely stay there again.

The spa bath was amazing great way to end the night. There were stains all over the seat next to the main bed tried to cover it so my grand daughter wouldn’t touch it and the information card on the table was sticky with food all over it also table wasn’t wiped properly

I liked the guy who was at the counter , I want to go back there when I nex stay in Rotorua Well I can’t fault anything about the place

Staff were very friendly and it was located in a convenient location.

Very clean, good facilities Tub jets didn't work, filter some dirt coming out of it once the water went to the height of what I believe was a filter.
