Location, friendly staff, big room We had to put a £5 deposit on our credit card what supposed to be refunded but that never happened. QR code on the wall in the room for more info didnt work.

I didn't get to try the breakfast. But I must give it a go when I come back. The standards was exceptional! I was shocked with how nice the room was! I loved it! Definitely would recommend to others. Love that their was deals available. Could do with comfy pillows and extra blanket as it was cold even with the air con on. But other than that I still had a Good sleep.

We chose this motel specifically for the private spa room to relax after long days of hiking, but the hot water situation turned our stay into an absolute joke! The Spa & Hot Water Issue We paid extra for the private spa room, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. On our first night, we got back from hiking around 8:30 PM looking forward to a soak, only to find there was absolutely no hot water for the spa at all. The next day, we actually rushed back to the motel by 7:00 PM just to check if hot water was finally being supplied. We did manage to use the spa on the second night, and we turned the taps off immediately once it was filled to conserve water. Yet, the system was so poor that doing just that completely drained the tank. We had three people in our group, but there was so little hot water left that only one of us could take a 5 mins shower before it ran completely freezing cold! It is honestly hilarious (and incredibly frustrating) that we specifically booked this place for a spa experience, yet we couldn't even get three basic showers out of it. Save your money and just book a standard room instead.

Clean towels. Separate bedrooms as requested. Lounge area spacious. Did not realise filling spa would leave us without hot water for shower. Room freezing on arrival and heat pump took ages to warm up area. No dish cloth for kitchen. No top up of coffee sachets. Not enough towel rail / hooks in bathroom for 4 people.

The rooms were spacious and local to attractions. No hot water so we couldnt shower or use the spa. The rooms didnt have thick blankets in winter. You had to request extras and reception closed at 6pm. We didn't realise till after they closed that there were no thick blankets. Luckily we had warm air cond.

We have stayed here before as it’s close to our planned activities. Coldest shower we’ve ever had.
