The room was large and spacious! We loved the giant hot tub and bed was very comfortable as well.

Newly refurbished, modern, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, jacuzzi hot/spa tub in the room aside of a nice shower in the bathroom, practical, very cost-effective, very friendly staff! The location is about a 13-minute walk (2 min. car ride) to the center of town. Nothing.

The bed was small for 2 of us

We were given milk at check- in and there was a Nespresso maker. We ate breakfast at the Urbano Bistro and the food was great. It’s a short walk from the hotel. The receptionist gave us several options in the area, but this was the closest. We liked everything.

The in-room spa was epic..... this hotel was literally the quietest place I have ever stayed at , and I have stayed at several hundred hotels in my lifetime. It was also incredibly modern, and the shower was one of the best I ever used.... nothing disappointed....it was one of the best stays I've ever had,thanks to the hotel staff, and this great property , in a great location. nothing...it was an amazing experience to stay here

Our stay in the studio at Stay 280 Rotorua was excellent. It was recently remodeled, very clean, with great simple yet usable amenities and in an area where it was super easy to get to dining and restaurants with a quick 5 minute car ride. The nicest thing is that these perks did not come with an exorbitant cost. Price was more than fair. Please note that sometimes the sulfur smell that permeates most of the area is somewhat significant, however, the ventilation and air in our unit completely addressed this, and we were not at all bothered by it while inside our room. Thank you all for a great stay.

The hotel was nice and central to visiting everything we wanted. It was a nice size and beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub, just plan ahead to use, as it does take at least a half hour to fill.

All good, even free laundry

This is the nicest Motel type accommodation I have been in. It was very stylish and comfortable. The location turned out to be great for us. There was a nice restaurant across the street and there was easy access to downtown. We also got picked up for Te Pu Ta right next door. The staff was also very friendly. Everything was great.

They offer free use of a washer and dryer on site which was very helpful. The staff were very kind and gracious and the location is perfect! It was all great

Room was very small and AC was noisy

The Rooms were very modern and clean. Didnt get much of the sulfur smell it was good. Really enjoyed: - The Spa was great!! - The Noise Level - The Wifi was okay to do some work - Easy access to go in and out during the day - Parking space was good I coudnt say there wasn't anything we didnt like. We were making abit of food, and left abit of mess so would of been easier for us to clean if we had a mini vaccum or broom in the closet we could use but thats about it.

We loved staying here and would rebook in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly, room very comfortable (had a spa tub but did not have time to use it during our 2 days), shower was roomy and nice, bed was nice. Loved the free washer but the dryer did not work when we tried to use it. The drum would spin but no heat; we took our stuff to a laundromat a couple minutes away and all dried in 30 minutes.

Great location. Totally renovated rooms were so comfortable. Great bed and pillows! Big whirlpool bathtub was extra bonus. And they don’t normally do this, but I sent a note that it was my wife’s birthday and they put out a swan towel decoration as well as a nice big chocolate bar! It was the extra touch and amazing hospitality that made this exceptional!

Very clean, close to supermarket and attractions. Good value for money.
