Very convenient being on the main road into Rotorua from the south. A room with a spa bath but being outside under cover was not used as was cold and wet. Nothing really as it met my expectations.

The outdoor spa bath was great, enjoyed a wonderful hot morning bath watching two tui's in the kowhai tree. And the bed was super comfortable. The price was reasonable. The bathroom is a bit rundown, needs a good paint.

The hot tub and the shower pressure. Was a bit un clean,not avery good tv. Roll out bed we were provided felt like sleeping on a plank of wood.

Close to where we needed to be. Room wasc clean and tidy. Quiet too. Soap in bathroom seemed watered down as did the shampoo and conditioner tv channels would freeze and then come back on.
