Arista of Rotorua

It had a private spa and a playground on site so great for the kids. Was very clean and friendly staff. Extremely spacious and our unit had capacity for 7 people to sleep! 1x King, 1x Queen and 3x Singles. Was slightly far from the centre of town so would only recommend staying if you have your own transport; though potentially could be on a bus route as it is a main thoroughfare - I did not investigate that! Otherwise, location is pretty central to both ends of Rotorua where there are lots of attractions.

options oin the TV for Netflix etc. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything, accommodated our group perfectly, facilities were great, exactly what we needed. Rooms are lovely and warm, bedding comfortable. Always come back to the Arista when in Rotorua! Nothing not to like but more of a suggestion would be to put some hooks in the the spa area for towels ☺️

All was excellent If the duvet had full covers ( they use two sheets between duvets)

Love that the rooms are clean and space for the kids upstairs while mum an dad are chilling downstairs. Spa pool was lovely too with lots of towels available to use also

Excellent property.convenient location and all Rotorua attractions are minutes away. Nice hot tub with each unit. Units are very spacious. One night stay and will repeat when I am back.

Great location few minutes drive from the city centre. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were very pleased with the size, layout and cleanliness of the kitchen space and the tea/coffee/milk/toiletries provided. The property was large with plenty of beds and the outdoor area was nice and private. Could be a bit tight to maneuver a vehicle within the complex. The downstairs bathroom sink was a bit small.

Nice cottage for a family of five. One shared bathroom for all bedrooms.

A charming place with friendly and helpful staff

A comfy room with everything we needed for a short stay. The private hot tub was such a lovely bonus. A small playground was good for keeping the kids entertained too. The bathroom floor got quite slippy after showers - the shower curtains didn't do a good enough job of containing the water/spray.

The people were very friendly and nice. There was a cat, and a cat from the next door motel as well. The soaps were delightful. We liked having a huge living room separate from the sleeping area. We liked having a short wall between the sleeping areas. We liked the towel warmers and private spa tub. This part of Rotorua is one motel after another all lined up. It seems hard to go wrong with your choice.

Loved the little spa and the comfortable bed and how clean the place and property was. Location was really nice as well. The only thing that would improve the property is having a full size sofa instead of just a little love seat. Other than that, no complaints at all.
