No spa, no hot water for the spa , I originally upgraded my room for the spa after a long day at sporting events. Was very let down, so would definitely require some amount of refund. Spa not working, was advised plumber will be called, still nothing

Staff were lovely, it was quiet even though fully booked. Bedroom was nice and warm. Place was a little tired.

The spa pool was nice, when the hot water decided to work, other than that it was a great stay. It was a bummer having to wait for the water to heat up for the spa. But it eventually turned up.
