Very quiet; the room is spacious and clean. Also, it's cozy to sit in balcony and drink tea/beer. nothing.

It was much bigger than we expected. Very clean and we loved having Netflix available The parking and driveway can be tricky when all the parks are full. Needs a turning bay

Located close to all Rotorua main attractions! Room was big We got the room next to reception and on the road so it was a bit noisy

Everything was super clean and tidy

The bathroom was magnificent, the living areas were comfortable and clean, bedrooms were great, manager/reception staff was excellent. Great professional massage place right next door. The parking required great skill (very steep, small spaces). We had a big SUV and managed it OK, even when the carpark was full. We did see a few guests chicken out, but the manager/reception staff provided advice on how to manage it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique configuration of our rooms. There were two bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. This was really good for us because there was one couple and one other adult, so we all had our privacy. There was a kitchen and a lounge with a good tv on the upper level. There were two decks/balconies with privacy and nice views...and we awoke to the chirping of birds! To be honest, we were not expecting it to be so good because of the very reasonable price. We were really pleasantly surprised, and will definitely stay there again. We had gone to a spa, so didn't use the bathtub, but it looked a bit worn. The shower, however, was delightful.

Man at reception was very friendly. Room was comfy and alot bigger than we expected. Generous spa bath in bathroom. The stairs in our room were quite creaky but that's nobody's fault.

Studio was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. The king size bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Reception was very hospitable. Having cooked our own breakfast in the morning we then headed to Lake Tikitapu for an early morning swim! Great location.

The comfy bed was really the only shining light. All other facilities were OK without being great. Very creaky floor throughout the room, less so in the tiled areas. Major road noise evident throughout afternoon & evening until late, and started again by 7am. No shelf in shower.

Great place! All the comforts that you need plus more! Our go to place when we come to Rotorua. Parking was so bit tight but manageable

Friendly staff. Had all the facilities we needed, we also cooked without any problem. was easy to find the hotel. loved the cosy duvet, very soft and comfortable, spacey, i felt safe, clean. would have loved a dishwasher

room was 2 storey so was good rooms were fine bathroom had spa i didnt use was old looking but was corner spa whole place had NO AIRCOND so becareful when u book most motels have O AIR COND trying to park your car is a nightmare main bedroom HAD NO WINDOW SO NO FRESH AIR NO AIR COND PARKING WAS STUPID had to get car out ill never understand wht motels have NO AIRCOND !!!!!!!!!!!!! It does get warm so u open all windows only small amount and all rooms are hot so u need air cond and most hotels have NO FLY SCREENS??????????? Ill never undertand this they do have flys and snad flys and moozzies????? so why no fly screens ????????? bad
