Excellent location and hosts. Pet friendly. Heaters and electric blankets were a lovely touch in the middle of winter. Not fancy but clean and has everything we needed for a weekend stay with our pup!

The motel room i stayed in felt dirty and run down. It was also cold. The heater was on but was inadequate.

Our hosts were really lovely and supportive. We took our Golden Retriever and he fitted in beautify. Lovely shower and hair dryer. Very close to Rotorua Central "Mall". Great information given to us regarding things to see and do in Rotorua. The Unit we were in was quite dated but you could see that the hosts had done their best to make it comfortable.

The location is great, right across a shopping hub with lots of nearby food places. The hosts are quite quick to respond to queries. There are very few pet-friendly options, so I had to book this one. Perhaps we will have to book this again for the same reason in the future. The toilet floor felt damp from the very beginning, and smelled like piss, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. And no, this was not the 'Rotorua smell'. The wifi signal was quite weak.

Pet friendly which is a huge bonus. Owners were lovely. Very tired motel, well overdue for a renovation. Carpets were threadbare, and definitely smelled pretty doggy before our visit. I'm happy to pay more for a full steam clean of carpets to ensure we can bring our furry friends and still feel more comfortable.
