Super friendly helpful staff. Kitchen facilities and private bathroom. Great location off the main drag so a bit quieter. Studio room was overcrowded with two enormous armchairs which just weren’t needed in the room. Housekeeping never came but reception very happy to exchange all towels.

Another comfortable night into our usual Rotorua accommodation

We had booked to stay but due to an emergency plumbing issue on the booked day the room was not available, the host was great, contacted us and advised they had booked us into alternative accommodation which was great as it was a very busy weekend with limited availability. The host was lovely and very accommodating. Would book again. Nothing
