Great location, comfortable bed, clean. I liked that there is a door in-between 2 rooms - with the family it's a nice option. Parking in the yard was also Paper glasses (( no fridge. But it was mentioned in the description (no fridge, no kettle.

The room was clean and bed comfortable, no traffic noise from outside The restaurant menu Monk fish .. the menu is wrong and it is not monkfish, when we complained they got the chef to come to the table and inform us it was monkfish, it was not and turned out to be a flat fish of sorts along with a strong fishy smell and not nice, it was sorted in the end and an apology from Nathaniel of front desk and refund

Very good hotel, located 15-20 min walk from the city center, in a quiet area. Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed. Has a private parking which was convenience for us.

The location was very central, only a short walk from all needed. Parking was available on site also. Hotel was clean Many many mosquitoes around june ( when i stayed ), in the lobby, in the rooms and right outside also, woke up with many mosquito bites all over so would recommend some bug repellent!!! Otherwise, the hotel was lovely

Late check in due to ferry timings but 24 hour reception. Well received and good communication beforehand. Great English despite our attempt at French! Quieter area away from central Rouen. Tricky to Locate in dark.

Location to Rouen centre and historic sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking. Comfy bed and good showers. Bar and snacks available. Just the decor in the rooms. Very dark & gloomy and a bit depressing on first sight. After that, all good!
