The room was clean,large and comfortable. The location was great for walking around The room was very dark. There was very little natural light. There was a small outdoor space but there were no windows in it so it was dark. The parking garage entrance was broken so we were unable to park at the hotel.

Charming hotel with helpful and warm staff. Very clean. Our room was comfortable, albeit smallish, and had a lovely wraparound balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast, although quite expensive (€27), was exceptional. Excellent location too. Onsite parking was provided and free. However, it featured a car elevator that to someone like my husband and I who are claustrophobic, was a nightmare. In fact, our departure was delayed by about 1.5 hours because it broke and we couldn’t get our car out.

It’s very well located and the theme is great for literature lovers, we also particularly liked the breakfast! And the little extra basket was fantastic.

Not picky things like no parking for our rental but when staying in the center of a small European city that is expected but there was an overnight garage nearby so not a big deal.

Very quiet and quaint boutique style hotel with inner courtyard in Rouen’s historic district. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located, the staff are amazing and the room is super clean! Would surely come back again! The water flow in the shower is not very strong but not something to stop me from coming back again

The location can't be beat for experiencing the heart of Rouen and the staff was incredible. The breakfast was good for the most part. Breakfast was a little difficult for a person with celiac disease. The pillows were not super comfortable (my only real criticism is there should be pillow options like at most hotels of this level).

A charming hotel off the main thoroughfare. Comfortable beds and a good location. They are a "Green" hotel which we liked. They will fill up your water bottle with still or carbonated water. I would recommend this hotel.
