The hotel is conveniently located l, just a few blocks from the old town with cafés and restaurants. My room was creatively decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I liked that I was able to leave my luggage (although there isn’t a locked room for that). The hotel name and look don’t match in my opinion. A lot of the furnishings is outdated and even though someone put a lot of effort into details it wasn’t my cup of tea. I would have wished for a bit of a modern look. The bathroom was really small. I’m a normal sized person and was already wondering on the toilet what you would doing you were taller than me. I was there on a Saturday night and slept with my window open. Even though the hotel is in a quiet street (I thought) there was a lot of noise from outside and I even woke up from it.

The hotel was well-placed. Lots of good restaurants nearby.We liked the quirky, arty rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

The location and venue are great No mirror over dressing table. Shower head lose. . Getting in and out of bath hard as no hand rails and bath was very slippery.

Very good location, convenient and close to everything. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for money. The Backstage room was really cool! The room could benefit from better ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy and humid at times. Aside from that, everything was great.

Room was great, really fun with the backstage set up. Location was also great. No kettle/coffee machine in the room even though the website said there was, and was rudely refused a kettle by the owner. I ended up buying one for €11 just so I could enjoy a relaxing morning by coffee in my room. The aggressive refusal was the issue rather than not having one.

The hotel is very well located for central Rouen. The staffing is very odd however, they are there, but when we arrived and more or less every time we came back we had to hunt for the reception and/or bar staff. They were pleasant and generally helpful when there but it was disquieting and possibly worrying from a security point of view. The room was very small and the shower/toilet area really very small. The shower was not particularly clean either and although the room and shower designs where delightfully quirky there was more attention to that than comfort and ease of use. Sorry wrote the comments in the "like" bit - see above. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and kind. The room was very small along with the bathroom and it was not very comfortable and the furniture was outdated. The breakfast was very limited.
