Location and size No AC No lift Uncomfortable mattress Low platform bed; practically on the floor. Not proper bed linens No prior information that the "bedroom " was in a loft with no toilet facilities on that level ? Badgering regarding "rules" The hostess was very pleasant. The host; not that nice.

Easy to drive to and to park. Very nice central location for exploring Rouen by foot.

Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable room with clean bedding. Not enough pillows. When addressed, we were told that the property is full and that they do not carry extra pillows. Invest in additional pillows please.

Good location to walk to many sites. If you have a car the Opera parking garage is just a block & easy walk way. Pricy for not having parking included.

The location was great, making walking into the old city very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It had what we needed for a two night stay. It was difficult finding the hotel’s u dergrou d parking. The hotel is located right next door to a performance. Enue. I think it would have been better to have some clear instructions in finding the garage. We parked at another one close by but it was more expensive.

The apartment was well located, close to all major attractions. It was attractively designed, and very clean. It met all our needs for a one night stay, and provided excellent value. The apartment is quite small, but its ingenious design makes the most of the available space. For our short stay, it was not a problem.

Location is ideal, just a short walk to the old city. Pillows were in short supply and not soft enough. On the other hand, staff got us two extras.

The room was great and spacious, the breakfast was great and it is very well located. We had a car and it was easy to park in their garage. Staff was great and the facilities were very well maintained.
