Excellent location in beautiful historical building. The triple room has a beautiful view. There’s a parking garage (qpark) very close by. The rooms are upstairs and there is no lift so the rooms are not suitable if you have a lot of luggage or unable to use stairs. The toilet is in a somewhat awkward spot behind the bathroom door. The bathroom could do with an update including an option to hang up the shower higher (I barely fitted with only 1,75m)

The location is pretty much perfect if you're looking for something central - all the main sites, transport links, shops etc. are within a couple of minutes walk. The room itself was comfortable and had a great view of the Palace of Justice Despite being listed on the booking.com profile, there was simply no breakfast. I woke up at 8 and there were no staff, the whole brasserie/ restaurant area was just closed The adjuster to switch between the bath and the shower head didn't work, had to hold it open The television remote control battery was dead There was some dirt / liquid substance on the desk shelf when I arrived The room was cosy and generally comfortable but definitely on the small side, maybe 2 square meters of open space

Lovely staff Fabulous view I did think the breakfast was included but it was very good and very good value for the price That it was closed for breakfast on sunday

The location is excellent, overlooking the palace of justice and 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and restaurants! The room was small and compact and there were 4 floors to carry up your suitcases but worth it for the great location ! The breakfast was extra but worth it!

Location is excellent, room was okay Advertised with parking, however in practice that means you can use a parking garage a short walk away at a discount.

Centrally situated in Rouen everywhere is within easy walking distance. With a view of the Palais du Justice our room was small but comfortable and was surprisingly quiet for a busy street. The bathroom was well supplied with towels and toilet tissue. The restaurant and cafe downstairs was handy for breakfast and delicious lunches. Not a dislike, but for information there is no lift so you have to climb stairs.

We had no towels on arrival but that was no huge deal, the owner soon sorted it out though the supplied items were a bit on the small side to use after showering. But it was functional. Location is great once you find it. Trying to get to the hotel was challenging with the instructions given (and I was on a motorbike so that definitely helps!). I ended up walking to it, then from that was able to work out how to get close enough to unload luggage. You can park at the end of the road on the corner of Rue Jeanne d'Arc and Pl..Marechal Foch. The underground car park for overnight secure parking is only about 5 mins away. The stairs are very tight if trying to carry a lot of luggage up to a room..Just be aware.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything we were interested in seeing or doing. Top floor accessible by stairs only. Not good for older or disabled guests.

Communication was excellent, arrived early and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room. Nothing was any trouble. Great location and would definitely return . .

The hotel was right in the centre of Rouen. It was extremely quiet. There were no staff on arrival and had a problem with one of the key cards.

Amazing location so close to Rouen centre and a huge car park. Fabulous communication (we needed to check in late, the system worked perfectly) very comfy beds, sensible number of pillows, fabulous view, small room but well thought out. Fine for us, and we knew in advance, but beware that there is no lift and the stairs are narrow and winding (and go on forever!) as it's a very old building
