We loved the courtyard. The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are updated. It is in a great location. The staff was great. There was a fan and a big window during a heat wave. There is no elevator. Keep in mind first floor rooms are up 1 flight in France. The power went out in the am. The shower head is great for someone about 5'4"

so charming! perfect location. staff was so kind and helpful. walls were a bit thin, so you could hear quite a bit, but that’s to be expected since the place is so old, and did not bother me really

Great find in Rouen - close to all we wanted to see, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast smelled great, but we did not dine at the hotel as we had other plans. So much to see and do close to the hotel.

Great value, excellent location. Safe feeling for a solo traveler. Bathroom lighting was poor, very limited space for toiletries.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Stairs are steep and pitched in places and there are places without handrails. I would not stay there again because they are dangerous.

No elevator so those who have trouble with stairs should be aware

Great location. Friendly hosts. Bathroom floor got wet when you took a shower despite the curtain. Room was cold. Room was cramped.
