I would give the hotel itself 10/10 as I was upgraded to a quiet suite high up at the back of the hotel. Superb a/c which was so quiet I didn't have to turn it off at night. The car park beneath the hotel was too dangerous for any vehicle larger than a small car. The passage to level -2 was very narrow, the bends were too sharp and there was a low ledge at the foot of the wall which was not visible to the driver. I should not have attempted to drive to level -2. I did so with extreme caution and thought at the time that I had exited successfully. On reaching home, I noticed that the lower wing of my new vehicle had been scraped by both the wall and the ledge, presumably when turning left at the top of the ramp while exiting. It will probably cost me several thousand pounds to repair the damage.

This is a beautiful hotel in a superb central location. We had a lovely room (more like a suite), big comfortable bed with lots of nice touches. Great aircon and a little terrace overlooking the Donjon de Rouen - fabulous! Super breakfast too with plenty of choice :) Nothing really. The parking was a bit of a faff, but to be expected in a city centre.

We chose this hotel as we wanted comfy beds, 24hr check in and secure parking. The parking is low height we had a roof bag so needed to quickly shuffle some items out to get in but found the car park to be incredibly secure and well priced for 24 hrs. The bathroom was beautiful stone, lovely products and we liked that the room had a lovely bath and a shower that was separate. The bed was so comfortable. We had amazing views of the tower next to our room and we loved the enclosed balcony. The room was immaculate and had a beautiful colour palette. The staff were polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. We loved the showers and the ease of proximity to Gros Horlage and the pretty streets of Rouen. This started our holiday perfectly for us.
