The room was extremely hot. Only option was to open windows which made also extremely noisy.

The Rudolf Hotel is on the top of a Chinese restaurant. All the food smells go to the hotel. To enter on Hotel Rudolf, you need to walk almost a mile with your luggage to reach Santa's Hotel to make the check-in and pick up the keys. (Nobody told me this before).

Very basic room. Room is old and creepy. Toilet is noisy. Hotel is deem and bed slumpy.

Great location, we arrived by car, checked in to the other hotel, as they clearly said in several messages. They gave us a parking pass to the parking behind the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room. Careful when using the lift, as the doors close very quickly, you don't have the time for two people to exit or enter the lift. Keep the 'open door' button pressed.

Clean, hot water all the time, comfortable temperature in the room Cushion and beds not so comfortable. They don’t provide you transportation between checkin location and room location. You are on your own and even if its 800 m away you need to consider the snow condition and luggage you need to carry on. No conditioner in bath and no window. Not enough room space for a family of 3. No breakfast available at location. Too expensive for facilities they provide

Location was good . Was very expensive for what was on offer the hotel check in point was good 10 minute walk from actually hotel which with young family is not ideal. The building its self was no good for family’s it was like a doss house or place they would send all unemployed. Also the beds were horrible it was has if they had mattress toppers instead of actual mattress . The bathroom had very odd smell. Definitely would not return or recommend.

Location was ALSO BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was REALLY BS checking in a different hotel ( your sister hotel) & getting the hotel & room keys when we were ALREADY in front of Santas' Hotel Rudolf!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DOES THAT?????? WHAT IF I WAS WITH MY NEWPHEWS & NIECE??????? Do they have to wait OUTSIDE the hotel while I walked to your sister hotel to check us in & get the keys????? YOU SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE HOTEL IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE IT!!!!!! Also, WHY DON'T YOU PUT IT AS Air B & B instead of HOTEL @ booking.com??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
