Location, cleanliness and a very friendly staff

This was a terrific find and I would stay there again -- the perfect lodging for our family of four for our stay in Rovinj. We appreciated the space to be together as a family (but also that we could have our own spaces to relax in quiet). Having a kitchen to prepare simple meals using ingredients from the local markets was a great convenience. The location was wonderful- an easy walk to everything - and we appreciated enjoying the music from the evening concerts from our bedroom! What really stands out is the hospitality -- we were met at the parking lot by the hotel staff, who helped transport us and our luggage to our apartment, and then helped us again at check out.

The location & staff….exceptional!! I booked as a single person & was relegated to a small single bed. I’m 6’5”, not a good arrangement & mattress was not good or comfortable

The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious... especially yhr made to order omelettes.

Awesome location. Great staff service. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Shower spaces and water heater a bit tricky to use.

The location was excellent, loved our room with the sea view, and the hosts were very friendly.

The location is perfect; the staff is exceptional! Dom was so wonderful in helping us sort out the parking situation and getting us settled in the apartment. Olga was very helpful as well during our stay. We stayed in the nearby apartment which was perfect for our group, but it’s good to be aware that it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of very steep stairs.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The location was excellent—not too far up the hill so we could pop in and out during the day, as needed. Small but had everything, and the beds were comfortable!

Property was perfect than my ecpectation. I could visit again , if I have chance in the future.

The staff is amazing — you truly can’t get better service at a hotel, especially when traveling alone with kids. They helped with everything, especially thanks to Tatiana, who helped us with all kinds of questions. from parking the car to dropping it off at the rental place. On the morning we left early for Venice by ferry, they even packed sandwiches, fruit, and water for us since we didn’t have time for breakfast. They were always ready to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property,

The hotel is intimate, beautifully decorated, and offers an exceptional level of service. It is pricey, but, given its location and offerings, it was well worth the expense. Everything is top quality, right down to the L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. My room was small, very well appointed, and had the only balcony available. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious. Dom provided great assistance with parking and brought me to and fro in a golf cart. The location is smack dab in the middle to the charming Old Town. Nothing!

I found that throughout the balkans, hotels have those old, spring type, soft mattresses. This hotel was no different. Besides better comfort provided by a firmer viscoelastic mattress, these soft spring type ones give out a feel of old and overused.

Perfectly located, luxurious & roomy. And yet homely at the same time. But the best was Olga. Just lovely.
