In the room, only the bright lights over the TV were working, the bedside lamp didn't work. It was a bit noisy in the evening, but being above a pub this isn't surprising. The noise didn't keep me awake and did stop after pub hours.

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff who greated me. She was lovely. Sadly the pictures do not match what you get in real life. Tiny room, wall paper all ripped off, felt like a hostel. Kitchen closed as broken. Didn't stay and checked in somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean and equipped rooms for the price

Location was loud but expected, close to town. Carpets are stained, water leak marks on the ceilings, bed is overdue and should be replaced. Overall it’s very dirty.

For the price, this hotel offers great value. It’s conveniently located close to both the city center and the train station, which makes getting around very easy. While the furniture is a bit dated, the cleanliness stands out—everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The main drawback is the lack of soundproofing. Unfortunately, the noise from traffic, trains, and even music from passing cars made it feel like I was sleeping right on the street. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be an issue.
