The staff are first class, the free top up of my electric car was great. The carpets throughout are in a very poor condition, on the stairs especially need up grading to make them safe.
-
Location, competitive price, clean room, good breakfast, parking available and friendly reception staff Bathroom and some stair carpets need refurbishing.

Great location, lovely breakfast and comfortable room Nothing

Location was good and it had parking for £12 a night Needs a little updating but didn’t affect our stay.

Great location walking distance to everything we needed The staff were extremely helpful especially the reception staff who jiggled rooms around to fit our requirements

Allowed to check in early. Room was clean & fresh. Staff were very polite, friendly & helpfull. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Nothing.

Hotel kept us a blue badge parking space. Room had a fan. In this heat bed should have had a top sheet not just a duvet. Only one chair in room. Breakfast the first morning was very poor as there was a stand in chef.

Excellent location Regent St, staff were lovely and breakfast was great. Definitely recommended.

We very gratefully received an upgrade to the executive suite. Very large room and comfortable mattress. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The location to access the local attractions was excellent. Great to have on site car parking. The bed pillows were hard and not very comfortable. The street noise was extremely disturbing throughout the night. Car racing at 4am and a group of people outside talking loudly from around 1am to past 3am We therefore did not sleep very much. Secondary glazing would have helped. Air conditioning would have been nice as we had to keep the windows shut due to the noise. The desk fans didn't help much. Breakfast staff weren't particularly pleasant. No smiley faces. Breakfast choice was limited. Pastries came at same time as cooked breakfast and you had to order them. These would normally be out with the bread.and eaten before the cooked breakfast. Pastries were on the menu but not clear that you had to pre order them. Furniture and carpet could do with replacing/updating.

Nice location, great staff, good breakfast, clean room Room was extremely hot. Fan was provided

The air-conditioned room was an essential due to the very hot temperatures at the time of travel, however, on reflection I do think it was a very expensive room. When I booked on line the room photo's at the time showed a sofa at the bottom of the bed so I was expecting a larger room and assumed that was the reason for the higher room cost. The breakfast was excellent as were the car parking facilities and location-wise the hotel was ideal for me attending the annual bowls championships at Victoria Park. The actual room I stayed in did not have a sofa at the end of the bed and the room size I would say was a standard double room hence my thoughts that the room was a little over-priced.
