It’s located right at the shore line, however there isn’t really a sandy beach in front of the hotel. The staff was nice The location and the breakfast were decent

The breakfast was very good, offering many choices, including tortillas to order. The exterior of the annex building was a little outdated.

The location and the excellent customer service from reception, housekeeping (Ana) and the personal at the breakfast. Nothing to complaint

The hotel is near the sea and two beaches. The biggest withdraw was the “AC”. The AC cannot cool the room to comfortable temperature. With closed curtains all day you come back to a room of +30 degrees, you turn on the “AC” and it changes nothing. The only time you can feel comfortable in the room is in early morning when the AC worked for the whole night. Then you go for breakfast and come back in hot room once again. One day there was no hot water and we were not informed about that. There is something going on with cleaning ladies. They constantly knocking on the door asking for something in spanish. If you do not come to the door straight away, they just go in your room. We did not understand if this is proper practices in this country or what but during all the years of hotel staying we never had staff bothering us in our room. The breakfast were sad but we expected it as we saw previous reviews. We asked to make up room every day but the bed was made only one day, at least we got fresh towels daily. Also on friday we were informed that there is no room cleaning on saturday/sunday so that was a little surprise. I honestly thought I booked 2-3 star hotel and just now saw that it is 4 star hotel. Well, it is not. The fan-AC in room. The staff coming in the room.

Great hotel! Overall excellent quality regarding rooms, cleanliness, staff and food! Near the beach, wonderful restaurants nearby and many more things to do! Would totally recommend it!

Only good thing about this hotel: The location is near to the beach Breakfast is awful! Every morning it's the same fried stuff, sausages drenched in oil. No salads, no healthy stuff. Noisy and very thin walls: the acoustics of this hotel is horrible, worst imaginable! We could hear the couple next door having sex, like every single noise. Even the toilet flushing from adjacent room is clearly audible. Disappointing experience!

Spacious and clean room, refrigerator, air conditioner, view, extra pillows and blankets. Everything was nice. Breakfast was nice, but I was missing some potato, pasta or rice. Soundproof is really low.

the location is perfect, the staff was great and the breakfast good too, really beautiful small apartment Unfortunately we got a bad view to the middle of a street, terrible if you want to take a vine or eat on the balcony and where you could hear drunken people fighting around 2-3 in the morning..
