Hotel O7 Colombo

I can’t say much reason they booked me in an other Hotel which was up-poling No Air condition food very poor so not good Because i was in send in different. Hotel??‍♂️

Sent a mail to check in online - for efficiency - they had no record of it .no wifi - really in this day and age? The key didn’t work three times. The lift does not work sequentially - after each stop it SLOWLY returns to zero and so I spent ages waiting for the lift - 7th floor. No hairdryer. Awful awful, worst ever soap and shampoo .just a horrible experience .

Disappointing

The only thing I can say which is not a complaint is that there are not enough sun beds by the pool

It was very clean, the personal very kind, i had cleaning inside the room every day The bed didn't had madrass, so it was a little bit incomfortable

This hotel should not be classed as a hotel first of all. The is filth everywhere. Starring from mold on pillows, dirty beds and ripped mattress, this hotel represents serious health and safety hazard! There is hair,and dust everywhere. Lifts are really dirty, there was a used facemask in the lift for 18 hours!!! Staff are rude, laughing in your face when you complain. We asked to speak to the General Manager and file a complain and change the departure date and leave early but the General Manager refused to talk to us. Why are you in the business of hospitality if you refuse to face complaint or to speak to your clients. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the General Manager of from the hotel staff. We lost €500 euros on this hotel and decided to check out early because of all the filth and dirt found in this hotel. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID. Btw I sent 2 emails to the GM and still he didn’t reply. Booking.com asked for explanations and they are ignoring them as well Nothing to like at this hotel. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Location amazing. Hotel room little dated but good value for money Nothing

Considering we arrived in the peak of the season, the price for all inclusive was absolutely perfect. 900€ for 2 persons for 10days. The food within all inclusive was tasty, on time and overall good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also great location right on the beach. Huge TV, definitely the biggest I’ve ever seen in the hotel, with mostly Spanish channels, but you can switch the language on some channels to English. Cleaning could’ve been managed better. Elevators were quite dirty, the room could’ve been cleaner, but overall not that bad. What I really didn’t like were the cheapest spring mattresses which were very uncomfortable, but then again, for the price we paid I would expect to sleep on the ground, haha.

The location The room was damp and had a strange smell, the lamp falling, there was dust on the floor, the room is not isolated at all.
