Comfortable , safe, interiors, friendly. Very tasty meal, but not a coffee, but everybody can find something to enjoy.

The food was out of this earth Nothing

A great selection of food . Which was really good and fresh. Staff I. The restaurant staff were so friendly. The animation team were amazing. We didn’t really join in and they didn’t pressure you . There work so hard. The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless. The only thing I can fault. The football pitch which is the middle of rooms. Could maybe locked at night. There were people playing g football at 11 at night screaming and shouting. Reception staff were polite enough. Seemed a little under pressure. So you felt abit uneasy asking things .

Well located right by the beach and pleasant and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room better suited to our party (one two bedroom apartment) than our booking (2 separate rooms for family of 5), which was really great, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds firm and very comfortable. Food was plentiful and kids loved the ice cream. Pool area had plenty of sun beds and tables and chairs. Everywhere was clean. The football pitch was a big hit too, with our kids befriending others of many nationalities through the medium of football! It’s a bit tired in places eg peeling paint in the bathroom. The food was repetitive, the snack bar was quite limited, and we found that sometimes the meat wasn’t properly cooked. However, everyone in our party found something at every meal.

We had a great experience- would definitely stay again

Write me a negative hotel review for a four star hotel which was a maximum of two stars in my opinion. Explain that as a British same sex male couple one being disabled. Felt like we were being constantly stared at by other guests making me feel most uncomfortable. No assistance offered at reception upon check-in despite. Extreme that one of us has severe mobility difficulties. Tiny elevators with long weights for them. Crowded pool area. Lack of breakfast choice by 10 am only fruit left. Mattress extremely hard. Decent size bedroom though with a nice balcony and view. Very noisy pool area at night time the bar closing at 11 pm and then nowhere else to get a drink. It seems, within the hotel itself. Supposed to stay six nights but checked out after the first night definitely not a four star experiencehotel. Would not recommend. Have to pay if you want to use the safe. Have to pay deposit if you want towels only hand towels in the room. Cannot recommend this hotel at 200 euros per night all inclusive.

Exceptional

Perfect see view. Actually I think most of the rooms have see view, but we have the best on the last floor. Nice food, quite different and tasty The pool is overcrowded. Actually - not enough space for such number of tourists. The neighboring hotel also hosted evening shows, which disrupted our experience, as sound was mixed. One more thing - is that animators were telling more on French and German than in English

Love the area and close to the beach They didn’t make use of a lot of the space… They could’ve put the kids inside instead of taking up outside space on the stage, ruining it for the adults.. every day we had to hear kids singing, children’s songs… I wouldn’t consider it an adult vacation

Exceptional

Hotel is in amazing location. Two minutes away from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a family room, very clean and completely room with lovely sea view. Lots of space in the room and cleaned daily. Food was also really good, after staying in quiet few hotels in Europe, this one definitely had one of the best foods. Lots of choices and every day they tried to have few different options. Lovely and polite staff. Definitely would come back. It was a very relaxing stay :)

The food was good, especially in the beginning, when they didn't have many guests. After that it was a little worse. If you like watermelon be sure to come on time for lunch, after the first hour they will not bring it again. The hotel is quite ruined, and I don't know how it got 4 stars at all. We wanted to change our room because of the mold issue, but the other two rooms, which they offered us, were even worse. We could not use the closet in the room because of the strong smell of mold. The glass in the shower cabin was too narrow, and after showering there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. No soap for toilette either. The dishes in the restaurant were generally not well washed. Several times I had to change the plate because some were really dirty. Sweet buffet was a disaster. The water in the sea, near to the hotel, is full of seaweed (at least first 50m in the sea). If you want to find clear water without it, you have to walk about 500m. From that point of view, the location of the hotel is not good.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to stay in our room on day of checkout until 5pm until our transport arrived. Hotel is hit rough around the edges but location is 10/10.

Location, Pool area, Staff the food was atrocious. nearly all the cooked food was frozen products. nothing made fresh. except obviously the fruit. pastry/sweet buffet was a disaster. the quality of the food was the most disappointing. it is obviously where all the corners are cut. really really dire. hotel was 8/10, food 1/10

Superb

The property was very nicely located with amazing views to the beach and easy access to other nice places. We rented a car which made it much easier to visit amazing places which weren’t far from the hotel. The staff was amazing and the all inclusive had a nice variety of food and drinks It’s very family-focused, they do activities all day and it was hard to have a relaxing time at the pool as they were always talking on the microphone.
