everything was totally fine with the hotel. It met my expectations and I particularly appreciated the sea view I cannot think of anything that could be better

Location near the beach is great. Lot's of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Many grocery stores near by for food needs. Nice views of the sea and surrounding area. Terrace is nice to sit out on. Staff at the hotel are really top notch. Nice location for seeing other places on the island. Seemed more like a college spring break atmosphere. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you want. Not what I prefer. You can hear the people in the bars screaming, even on the top floor. Kids with their motor bikes driving up and down the street revving their engines was annoying. Rooms are not quiet, you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you. Some ants in the bathroom and on the terrace. They bite. I don't recommend bare feet walking around unless you like stepping on ants and having ant pieces in the bed. Very limited parking. Bed was very firm.

Very welcoming and friendly people everywhere, nice rooms despite they are not new. Good cleaning, superb views and amazing food with a great variety of dishes. It was a great pleasure staying there.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, but we encountered an issue with the beach towel deposit process that left us frustrated. At check-in, we borrowed three beach towels and paid a €15 deposit per towel (€45 total). We were given a receipt, but **the staff did not inform us that we needed to keep it for the refund at check-out**. When we went to check out, the receptionist insisted on seeing the physical receipt, even though we explained how difficult it was to find. Luckily, we managed to locate it after searching thoroughly, but the situation felt unnecessarily stressful. The main problem is that **the hotel does not link deposits to the room account**, relying solely on a paper receipt system. This feels outdated and shows a lack of trust in guests. Most visitors wouldn’t risk their reputation over a small deposit, so the strict policy seems excessive. A simple solution would be to: - **Register deposits under the room number** (like many other hotels do). - **Clearly inform guests upfront** that they must keep the receipt. - **Offer a digital receipt option** to avoid lost papers. Aside from this issue, the hotel was good, but this process could be much smoother with minor adjustments.

FINALLY a really good hotel!! Just perfect! Nothing else to say...

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was superb! I would say it’s a great 3 star hotel but not a 4 star. Make sure you have cash if you want towels for the pool I didn’t my kids where in the pool and the concierge wouldn’t take card payment so I had to use our bathroom towels. Parking is pretty full it would be great if the could manage capacity.

A very comfortable room with excellent range of meal menus within the all-inclusive package. The lounge and terrace areas were lovely and it was great to be able to hire bicycles from reception to tour down to Porto Cristo and back. The staff were attentive, kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful hotel! We were family of 2 adults and four children, all of us were very happy of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Close to the beach and some smaller shops, 6 min walking and you have big Carrefour, great animation for kids but also for adults during the evenings, staff is very friendly Food was okay but there is not enough options for vegetarian, none for vegans. You have fruits, beans and eggs every day, that’s pretty it.

Clean, well equipped hotel with everything you require for an enjoyable stay. Staff were very attentive. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Shower over bath. Towels after 3 days.

Beautiful hotel, always so clean and fresh with such attentive staff. All staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean outdoor pool, heated indoor pool with sauna, gym & wellbeing facilities. Room was modern with a safe if you need it, air con and extra pillows. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious every day - we never at the same thing twice. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, there are plenty of stores nearby with plenty of choice for convenience items, clothing, beach gear & souvenirs. I have recommended to all my friends and family and we will return here for longer next time.

Food was as I expected, good variety of options especially at dinner. Small and easy to achieve, have something that us Brits recognise as tea, there were tea bags but they didn't make what I know as tea, had to bring our own.
