Half board and the price of the accommodations. It is also in walking distance from beach, grocery, and other services. The outdoor access during the spring season was cold. The wind blew right through the door. The rattle was distracting.

Not much. Sa Coma has good nightlife The property was dirty (bird feces on the decks), dirty sheets, the shower fluctuated hot and cold, loud music right outside our room until midnight, the food is nearly inedible. The juice was awful. The resort is run down. Everyone seemed really sad to be there. The staff seemed sad and depressed to be there.

Great food Nice staff Very close to a beautiful beach Nice pool Great entertainment team, wonderful with kids. Daytime activities and mini disco were great. Very noisy. Walls paper thin and although we were on the 4th floor I could hear tables etc moving from the ground floor late at night and early in the morning. A lot of hairs on bedclothes. Especially the kids bedding in the living room. Made me question if it had been washed at all. Bingo 5 nights a week is excessive. Some variation would be good.

The beds were comfortable staff were nice and friendly , the rooms cleaned regularly, food was nothing special but good value for the price of the stay , it is not 5 star but a great family budget holiday My son loved the entertainment

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was well maintained and also clean. Great value for money. Food was great. Enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, however the food was horrible! I’m not fussy, but I draw the line and undercooked chicken and prawns, the dishes were not labelled correctly! There were dishes labels chefs special where you had no idea what you were eating! Safe to say I lived off chips for the week!

There were no refreshments in the room not even water or tissue paper

Bedrooms decent Food terrible, Bar choice very little, staff rude, booked extra nights and one staff from reception member tried to shove our door open without permission whilst I was no dressed and would not step out of the room. Felt very uncomfortable and not even an apology.

It was in a good location for what I wanted Bed was poor, too easily moved. Sheets weren’t big enough. No privacy on the balcony

The food the cleansliness of the hotel was exceptional the staff went above and beyond to help out where needed. I would stay again. The bad thing about the hotel that let everything down was the fact of some beds was constantly being reserved couldn't get on the sunbeds at all due to them being reserved and nobody was on them all day so we think the hotel would benefit from having a few more sunbeds around the bigger pool.

The food was fresh and near to the shops and beach if you didn’t mind walking down a dodgy side street there was always water In reception to drink and the cup system for drinks is good as makes it easy The pool had a lot of sun loungers that were broken there were broken tiles in the pool as well and the snacks available was cold half the time or left uncovered with flys able to go on the food . The air conditioning hardly worked two nights I was there with the last night not working at all the staff especially the older bar women was so rude on the bar she should not be working there! The girl on reception when I asked were the transfer coach would be picking up from she just said outside the hotel there’s a stop no other help at sol I had to guess we’re I was going Roman on reception is great the only friendly reception staff there is really I would not stay here again as was really disappointed

Airy and bright Swimming pool surrounding area needs updating

The beds were amazing.. The room was spotless. And she showed was powerful!! The air con in the room didn’t work ? The breakfast wasn’t great.

I really liked the staff, helpful, kind and always with a smile. The selection of food is not very big, but there was definitely enough of everything. The room, pools was great. to get a sunbed at the pool, you have to stand in line before 9, otherwise you will have to sit on a chair.

The breakfasts are very poor, the rooms are dirty, 2 single beds of the worst quality, there was no hot water before che

Clean, pleasant, simply decorated and furnished, comfortable rooms. Comfy beds. Good service from staff. Good location. Poor food - very limited choices, very repetitive (most dishes same every meal) cheap/low quality, sometimes icky e.g rubbery eggs and bacon, burnt pastries, overly salty stews, yucky deserts. Coffee machines dispensed sickly choc or mocha in place of coffee. Complained but no action taken. Not enough sunbeds by far.. Had to queue for 30 mins at 8:30am to secure one. Most went unused for much of the day but reserved with towels. Complained but no action taken. No kettle in rooms, hotel charges rental on them - cheaper to buy one.
