Food is very tasty, also a lot of different choices. Also you have transfer to the beach each 10 min. In the hotel you can rent beach towels. Washing machine is available for customer use. Entertainment team can be more adults oriented, but still they are very nice and friendly. Not related to the hotel but beach sun beds are very expensive on nearest beach. 37 euros for two sun beds and umbrella. On the rest of the beaches in Mallorca mainly price is around 20euros.

Lots to do for little ones (mini golf, entertainment, pool, etc) Food was varied and plenty of options. Great value for money Staff were really friendly, the animation team were amazing!! You needed cash as a deposit for the sports equipment which we didn’t realise. The beach is a bit far away but not bad if you have a buggy.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach. There was never a queue at the bar, there was plenty of sun loungers, and tables both inside and outside. Our hotel room was right at the back which meant we had to cross a (quiet) road into a separate complex, but this meant it was a peaceful room away from the bar and pool area. We had to pay cash to borrow golf clubs which wasn’t ideal as we usually just pay for things by card.

    1. The general areas of the establishment are full of different beautiful plants and flowers which really make a nice setting. The whole establishment was very clean, good condition. Workers constantly going around making it a lovely environment. 2. There is a mini golf and bowls area, big entertainment area with daily animation events. 3. The pool area was lovely, shallow area for the kids and deeper for adults. There was 2 pool areas also so if you wanted a bit of peace from children you could. Fun activities around and in the pool was put on daily by the animation team. 4. There is a washing machine and dryer available to use if you need and also indoor snack areas which offered cakes, donuts, ice cream, bread or rolls, cheese, sliced meat. Very tasty options for simple snacks! 5. The entertainment team were always cheerful and interactive with the guests. 6. Food is delicious and fresh. Some salad items repeat but was very happy with the range. Very tasty and always hot and fresh. 7. Staff extremely helpful and work very hard. The restaurant workers at top notch with big smiles and good attitude. 8. Larger was estrella, always served very cold and was great in the heat. All Drinks were always cold, good for this hot weather. There was a slushie machine and a chocolate milk shake machines for the kids, great bonus. 9. The apartment was big, spacious, clean. We are happy with the size and the beds we're comfy for us. Cleaning was basic but fine for our needs. Cot was a great size and still fit my almost 3 year old. 1. The house keeping just knock then open the door instantly with their key. They don't wait for a reply, just open the door and enter which is too intrusive. At least wait for the response. Terrible practice. 2. Hardly any labels on food in the restaurant so if you have an allergy, I'd recommend speaking to them directly to see how they can ensure your needs are met. 3. The apartment is not fully kitted out properly, no broom or dustpan so you have to wait for the next day cleaning to happen which isnt good if you come from the beach with kids. 4. There is no cutlery, but some cooking utensils. How can you eat in your room if you didn't want their option?Even if you took self catering, why would you bring your own cutlery? Why supply a hob top without the correct facilities? Totally bizarre to me. 5. There is no pot or jug for making coffees/teas. 6.There is no sponge/scara or washing up liquid. 6. No drying rack for dishes so effectively you would put it on the counter which would damage the wood really. 7. No tea towels. not sure how ypur supposed to clean up after yourself. When I mentioned these basic items were not provided to reception, they said its catered more for the inclusive option but what about outside of the eating options? I find this totally odd that the basic items are not supplied when your paying this much for the entire apartment. 8. Entertainment team scream down the microphone. I understand building up the excitement but the volume is always ridiculously loud. They need to be aware that it's a microphone, it amplifies already. For small children, this can be scary because of the volume. They literally just need to talk into it and not scream or not have it up so high. 9. Juices are so sickly sweet and not a real Juice taste, had to water it down. 10. Spirits also were sickly sweet and not tasting at all like the normal spirit flavour. It's not that we didn't enjoy the holiday but it wasn't value for...

Good family resort Facilities a little dated

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Personal at the restaurant was very hard working and pleasant. Paella was fantastic - special thanks to the chef! Considering amount of people during the hot season - they seemed to be understafed - but still did an excellent job! Cleaning personal was fast and efficient. So in general - personal is the cornerstone of this facility! Hotel is close to the nice beaches (Sa Coma and Cala Millor) and Safari Zoo - all in walking distance ( 1-2 km). Excellent show programs in the evening! Hotel provide transfer to the beach - that was great (we used it only once though) Hotel is in a very poor conditions, defenitely need refurbishing and renovation, looks much better on photos than in reality:). What is really weird is that one needs to pay deposit for remote to watch TV and for each day of using key to the safe deposit box. Coctails could be significantly improved...

    Everything was great Nothing

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Lovely hotel and staff. Moved us to a quieter room after the first night, staff great especially with the kids. Granted its not a 5 star but for the money it's great. Pool really good, all inclusive really good value for money, food was amazing. They even have a private transfer to the fab Sa Coma beach if you can't do the 10 minute walk. Would defo go back. We'll done team ???

  • Engine customer Aug 2024

Staff was always helpful. While there are some activities for adults most of the entertainment is tailored to kids so travelling with families is a BIG +. Nothing was overly expensive. Food is nice, while there are some common things that repeat on our stay we always had something different at lunch/dinner and cooking staff is able to accomodate dietary needs with no problems. Beach is a 10-15 minutes walk distance directly on the same street. On summer hotel has a shuttle every 10 minutes that goes there but we found it pointless as it is just a short walk. It does help if you have elderly people in your group to avoid the walking time. Nothing, we had a awesome stay.

    Good

  • Engine customer Jul 2024

The staff were amazing, the room was immaculate and comfortable, although not fancy. Air con kept it nice and cool. Pool lovely and very clean. There's a big supermarket 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to the beach. The activities for kids were great. My daughter said that the pony ride was her dream come true. She enjoyed the mini disco and shows. You have to pay a ten euro deposit for TV remote. Some things not working very well- the toilet seat detached on the last night and curtain runner came off the wall when we opened them. The food was generally really nice but some nights were a lot better than others. It was quite pork and meat heavy so while if you are Muslim or vegetarian you will be able to find something the choice can be a bit limited. There's always fresh bread and salad.

The location was good The room was spacious and clean The evening entertainment was ok The shower in the room didn’t work / wasn’t powerful enough The pool was too deep There were insufficient sunbeds for guests The daytime activities were not as advertised and limited The food wasn’t labeled

Food and stuff was really nice!! I was not so clean, rooms are old, there is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, only shower gel.
