No showers are available at the beach. It all feels like no one has given it any thought. Having to collect beach towels from the hotel basement is also highly inconvenient and unnecessary. While the food offers a wide variety of options, it lacks flavor, and the overall quality is disappointing. The staff is unhelpful and seems mean at times - when I turned down the „offer” to upgrade the room the lady gave me the room at the very end of the corridor which meant passing 30 rooms each day to get to the elevator. Very strange.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a nice Buffet breakfast. The pool are should have had a place that served lunch and there should have been wait staff for drinks pool side. That would have made the place even better.

The elevators could use an update.

Great outdoor pool Breakfast and dinner are fantastic Indoor pool and spa very small No minibar Parking on payment

The elevator system was extremely frustrating. The elevators stop on virtually every floor, and when traveling down, they often go up first before eventually going down (and vice versa). As a result, simply leaving the hotel can take 15–20 minutes. If you forget something in your room, you can easily lose another 30-40 minutes just waiting for and riding the elevators. This felt completely unreasonable and significantly affected the overall experience. The breakfast food was tasty, but the selection was very repetitive. After three days, there was little variety left to choose from, making longer stays less enjoyable.

The location was perfect also our view from the balcony was so good, the food was amazing and the staff was so friendly.

Clean and tidy. Very accommodating staffs! Not much, if i have to say there is not much parking slot available, and it very costly. Its end of may so its not extremely busy, its quite easy to find a spot on the street.

We stayed for a week in May and chose this hotel based on reviews and good value for money. It turned out to be amazing. The food was very good, and the rooms felt freshly and honestly renovated. We had a sea view room on the 4th floor, and the view was absolutely incredible ? - we couldn’t stop looking at it. The balconies are designed with glass panels, so it feels like an infinity view of the sea. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors, everything was calm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant area, very attentive and caring. The only small thing for me was the coffee - it wasn’t exactly my taste. But honestly, this is very subjective, and everyone else seemed happy with it.

The best hotel, everting its like in pictures. 5 star I was booked for 4 nights and I liked it so much that I stayed for an extra night. I couldn't stay longer as I had to go back to work but I will be back soon. I highly recommend it. Nothing to complain

Location is net to the seaside. Around a few shops and restaurants, but not very busy area. For those who want really not crowded place. Entertainment team and programs was great First of all, stuff was not informative. Was lacking to get all information while arrived. We had to figure out where and how to take towels (where to pay deposit, etc). No information for parking etc... We asked to give use sleeping blankets, because my wife was cold overnight, never happened. We went twice, no response, no actions :) How it is possible at all ? Secondly hotel is outdated, I mean if you pay for this hotel such amount of money, you simply expect something better, or this hotel need to reduce price, than it would make sense... It was not possible to relax next to the swimming pool. I felt like in outside market, really overcrowded, no room to walk normally, towels hanging everywhere and people laying around everywhere. Outside beds cheap, old, crampy. So we used beach place to relax, of course not free of charge. One day cost reached 29 euro per 2 persons.... At dinner there was no coffee or tea , even for purchase ! OMG how it is possible ? :D All drinks was for separate purchase, even water :D I mean, c'mon .... pay 2.6k for 1 week and still pay for water? This hotel is simply overpriced, services is in low range, even at dinner it felt like some kind of chaos with all people around and not enough stuff. Stuff was friendly, don't get me wrong, but they was over worked to serve everyone on time.. There was no free parking around either.... normally hotels have they own parking places, included in price (especially at that rate) Overall.... location is nice for really calm stay... with nice beach side (Overcrowded as well of course), nice beach walkway, and surrounding. But hotel itself.....hm... I can only say strong compliment for entertainment team, they was friendly, had really funny shows several days. Thumbs up for that. :) Hotel, service, surrounding, pool, organisation, comfort of beds (hard as rock), is worth like 5 out of 10, to take into account price you pay. Not recommend at all, and never again use this hotel, unfortunately :)

The food in the restaurant is rather good, especially for a buffet dinner the quality is high. The hotel faces the Sa Coma beach and has multiple stores and supermarkets nearby. The main problem that we had was the insect problem. Within the first days we noticed small ants in the bathroom. It looked like they lived in the wall of the bathroom, but since there were not many of them and ants are generally not harmful, we let it go and did not want to disrupt our stay with pest control coming. However, on the 5th night we found a cockroach in the room. The night shift receptionist was nice and offered a different room in the nearby hotel for the night. In the morning we have decided to move out of the hotel, because both ants and a cockroach at the same time are too much and indicate some real problems in the hotel. When we asked to refund the remaining nights, we were asked to talk to the PR representative and here our REAL problem started. It was clear that the PR person was sent to simply shut me up: while she was artificially smiling to me, she went into complete denial regarding the insects, either implying that I was lying or trying to gaslight me, occasionally rolling her eyes while talking to me. In any case, the way she handled the situation was highly unprofessional. At some point when I asked for a confirmation of our move out, with the problems of insects being indicated in there (which I was intended to show to booking.com to justify the refund), she simply started stuttering with the word "No", which looked very weird and proved useless to continue talking to them. Unfortunately, so far booking.com was not very helpful neither and my last 3 messages regarding the status of my complaint went into void, but I will continue pushing this problem. There were also a couple of smaller problems: we asked to reserve a parking spot in advance, however, when we checked in, it turned out that all spots were full. We were offered a spot starting from the next day, but the next day the situation was the same and we only received the desired spot on the second day.

One evening during our stay, my wife ate a tiramisu from the buffet and became violently ill overnight. We later learned from staff that it contained alcohol — yet there was no signage indicating this. My wife does not consume alcohol and is highly sensitive to it, so this was a serious issue. At checkout, we shared our concern with a staff member named Bial and mentioned that it felt unfair to pay for a dinner that caused such distress. Instead of responding professionally, he raised his voice and said, “I don’t care, I’m just doing my job.” His tone was aggressive and made us feel extremely unwelcome. Another staff member, Esleon, witnessed the incident and seemed visibly uncomfortable. Bial went on to justify his behavior by claiming he’s an “older gentleman” with experience, as though that excused shouting at guests. We were shocked by this interaction. After five nights at the hotel, we expected respectful treatment — not hostility. No guest should ever be spoken to this way.

Location is good. Huge hotel. Room was large. Balcony was great. Good place to dry towels and swimwear. Nice bathroom. Plenty of sun loungers. Very bright flashing lights in the room on the roof, glow in the dark signs - made it hard to sleep. Very noisy - you can hear the people next door closing their cupboards. Staff were rude/not friendly. Buffet breakfast was same every day, coffee was terrible, everyone just seemed very miserable (staff and guests), no smiles, no fun, no happy vibes. Beach is very dirty - it was all a bit of a bummer. My husband commented it felt more like a factory than a hotel.

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the hotel staff. They were very attentive and professional. I requested a room with sea view, and they were kind enough to comply with my request. They made our vacation unforgettable. The hotel is by the beach and you pay 36 Euro for two chairs and an umbrella. All umbrellas have a safe where you can lock your valuables. The water is clear and clean.

Overall the property was lovely being by the beach and close to shops, clean and also felt very safe. The hotel offered spa access with steam and dry sauna plus indoor pool with some jets, fitness sessions (Pilates, aqua gym, yoga on the beach, etc.), along with nightly entertainment by terrace area. Food at the buffet was decent. Staff were friendly and very helpful, most especially want to thank Angela, Pedro, and Rafael, plus staff at the spa and housekeeping with very attentive and accommodating. Food can be more authentic.

The staff is extremely helpful and speaks many different languages. The hotel’s location is exceptional—very close to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and changes daily, offering a wide variety of vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options. Amazing stay! Nothing :)
