The location is top notch! A 5-min walk to the beach, night market, and 7/11. Huge windows let in a lot of light. You can borrow beach mats and books. 1) there's a big construction site in front of the hotel, hence some banging and other noise. 2) the walls between the units and in between the floors are paper thin. You can hear neigbhours talking, slamming doors and walking upstairs. 3) the bed and pillow are extremely umcomfortable. I was sble to get just a few hours of sleep.

The staff was nice and helpful. We were able to check in late in the evening, and they were waiting for us. The room was clean. The staircase is also very clean as they do not let shoes in the house, which is good. They also offer free beach mats. The hotel is also within close walking distance to the night market, beach, and 7/11 :) -

very comfortable room. Spent 8 nights here. You will get a little street noise with any room with a balcony but never kept me up and I’m a light sleeper. shower could’ve been a little warmer but perfectly tolerable
