It was beautiful and clean, good location and staff were very kind. It was a bit cold in the room and kitchen while we were there in late January / early February. It was also difficult to get in the cue for the washer/dryer.

Poor bathroom quality

Our stay in Sapa, Vietnam was truly unforgettable, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The place is spotlessly clean, very spacious, and feels incredibly safe and comfortable. The staff are beyond accommodating and kind. I accidentally left a flash drive containing very important files and only realized it after we had already arrived back in the Philippines. I was so stressed and almost cried—but the staff kept it safe and went out of their way to help us retrieve the files, with no extra cost at all. Their honesty and willingness to help truly touched our hearts. This hotel really feels like a home away from home. Our room had a stunning mountain view, and it was equipped with a heater and heating pad, which made our sleep extra cozy. The bathtub with the breathtaking view was absolutely the best part—pure relaxation. The upper floor has a shared kitchen where you can cook, and everything is provided—complete appliances, drinks, and coffee. Communication with the staff was very easy; they were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sapa. Sun Plaza, Stone Church, the lake, restaurants, and stores are all within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. We truly enjoyed Sapa, and the warm accommodation in this hotel gave us the rest and comfort we needed. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again! ? Nothing at all—I loved everything about this home.

I stayed here in the low season, in January, and was a bit worried about getting cold. But the hotel has everything you need to warm up after long walks. A great hot bath with beautiful views and a heated mattress — absolute comfort. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you need to cook something, though I didn’t use it because there are so many excellent restaurants around. The views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking. I also really appreciated the washing machines and dryers, which you can use at any time — super convenient for travelers. The check-in process is very easy: you receive a code for a key lockbox, so you can check in at any time without any hassle. Everything was perfect

The location is good but… You must take down a lot of stairs to reach the hotel and climb back the stairs to go downtown. Also you need to take your luggage to your room via stairs cause there is no lift

The views from each room were amazing! They were all clean and tidy and comfortable. Also loved having a washer and access to affordable drinks! Did not realize that there would be so many steps in the alley to access the property. However it was a great experience being away but still close enough to the center of Sapa.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. There’s a kitchen with amenities. It’s challenging to get to the location from the main road.

I like the staffs - very accommodating in helping us. I like also that our room has an overview. But this are the only things i did like. First, the hotel location is in the center but it needs alot of steep steps and it made us so difficult especially with our luggages. Second, they dont provide coffee and drinking water. Third, u need to take stairs just in case you're room is in 5th floor lol

We really enjoyed how peaceful it was - & the fact that you could do laundry also! If you have luggage, it’s really hard to get to the location. The steps are quite steep going up and down. However, if you’re wearing a backpack you will be okay

Exceptional

A normal looking hotel but very clean, stuff was very friendly and I enjoyed staying in my room. The shower was great, room cosy and with balcony and view. I like art so I liked the big Van Gogh painting above my bed. Good value for money The bed was quite hard. On the other hand there was a warming blanket, which I really enjoyed since it was cold at night

The hotel is mostly a self-service venue, but everything worked well from checkin to checkout. Room was clean, comfy bed, with heating blankets, something I never saw before in Vietnam, but in winter you may need them. Nice kitchen you can use if you want. Be aware that the hotel is quite far below the street level, you need to bring your luggage down over many stairs and then up again to your room (no elevator) - for me it was not a problem though. The neighbour has two dogs that bark loudly *all the time*.

Very good
