The cleanliness was excellent. The beds were a bit firm, but they were perfectly adequate for a short stay. Toiletries were provided daily, and the housekeeping team did a great job. Slippers and air conditioning were also included. The room I was given felt outdated and had an overall old-fashioned atmosphere. My main concern was the lack of soundproof windows, as I could clearly hear street noise throughout my stay, including construction and traffic. The breakfast offered a wide selection, but the quality was lacking, with many greasy options and limited fresh fruit. I dined at the hotel one evening as well, but unfortunately was not impressed, which led me to skip breakfast afterward. That said, considering the price, it seems the hotel is making a reasonable effort, Additionally, the television display remained blurry throughout my stay.

The first and last night, the air con was leaking water and we informed the staff. They got someone to check and did not leak the next day. Overall, still a decent experience.

The room and view were amazing, the room was very large. The staff were excellent. A delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. The location was great very close to Sun Plaza. There were not enough sun loungers by the pool

Location is good. Nice Mountain View Harry is really helpful. There was no socket beside the mirror in the bathroom (which should be common for shavers, hair blower, etc)

The breakfast is very good It’s on the Main Street, a lot of noise. Trucks, construction and cars. Very very noisy.

The Facility is excellent and the staff is good and kind. They gave us a change to take shower and give us towels and use the shower room after our check out while waiting our departure going back Hanoi. I’m Just I want to suggest maybe you need to add more workers to help us Costomer to help us deliver our luggage in the room. because in our experience we arrive early morning .our date of check in May 5 to 7.but, we arrive May 6 which bin so late so tiring already upon check in the counter staff told us that we can go to our room and they will deliver our staff but, no one bring our stuff I just ask my husband to get in the lobby coz we need to change and rest.

The staff and facilities were wonderful and location was the best part in the middle of the city overlooking a wonderful clip size view. We were on our honeymoon and I thought I was booking a standard room with a view and unfortunately we were just facing another Hotel wall wasn’t in the world just wasn’t the room that I was expecting but staff facilities cleanliness location made up for that and for for breakfast, the views were great out in the lobby, so hard to beat!
