Tiger Sapa Hotel

i love the view here, our stay was suppose to be 2 nights and was cut short due to unforseen circumstances we had to leave after night 1. only a 8 minute walk to sapa station and about 8 minutes to moana sapa. we loved it here and will be back again. no elevator.

First of all, I wanna commend the owner of this hotel for being so hands on, helpful, and immensely kind host! He personally greeted us when we arrived and helped us with all of our heavy luggages. He was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay and when we were checking out, he did not just help us with our luggages again but offered to pay for our Grab toll fee. He’s truly one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever bumped into! And because of him, I’ll definitely book his hotel again and again whenever I’m in Sapa! Also, his hotel is very close to most attractions and establishments. Has massage services downstairs if you need a good relaxation after your trip. This hotel is OUTSTANDING! Nothing. Everything was absolutely nice!

Our stay was great! All the staff including the owner were amazing! Our first night had no electricity at 230am but that was due to construction on the electrical pole. The hotel had no control over it. We got power back on after 5pm. We were out exploring all day so it didn't affect us at all. When going to Sapa, expect country living. That's what we wanted. Our hotel and staff took great care of us. The hotel is in a great location. Everything is walking distance.

The location is nicer than right at the town center because our balcony opens to the mountain with the rice terrance in the distant view. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Mai (the owner) made arrangements for us to travel from Ha Noi to Sapa at the time of hotel booking and the trip was great. Highly recommend this homey place...great foot massages by the girls from the different local tribes as well. Thank you everyone at Tiger Sapa!

Good viewing

Our room was clean, had a table to sit at(to drink our morning coffee or play cards), and a fantastic view of the mountains. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the family that owns it- they were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a snack bag for our bus trip back to Hanoi. I would highly recommend this hotel! Nothing- was amazing

Located in the heart of Sapa. The owner, Mai & her wonderful family with their staff especially Ding were very hospitable, accommodating, kind, informative & proactive. It was dark, raining & very cold when we got there but we are welcomed by the warmth’s of the whole staff. This is not just a hotel for me, but once you stay here, it feels like home. I loved that Mai as an owner were very hands on. We’ll surely choose to stay here again and hopefully longer... For now, Thank You for the way you made us feel @Tiger Sapa Hotel! Until we meet again!

I really love stay in Tiger Sapa Hotel. Its located in the central and strategic. The owner really nice. They welcome us with hot tea and smile. When they know we would go to Fansipan, they showed us some updated photo and video of fansipan summit so we knew earlier about the weather up there. They informed us about what activity we can do in Sapa. Last but not least, when we checked out they gave us some snacks (water, banana, chocolate, and biscuit) as a gift. Small gesture but really matters. High recommended! Nothing. All was perfect!!

The staff were super friendly. I would say that was the biggest plus for this hotel and it was very clean. It's a bit dated and they don't serve breakfast. My advice would be to have a list of breakfast suggestions nearby for their customers. We spent 30 minutes wandering around looking for someplace to have breakfast.

I booked for Mountain view but i saw only roof from my room

The view is great right outside the balcony, rooms are spacious and clean. It also is in a great location

The stuff was very helpful and kind. Nor very clean, the bathroom was a bit moldy.

The room is well stocked with slippers, fridge, electric kettle, even body scale! Dinh and the girls who work at the hotel and spa are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Dinh have good recommendations for places to visit around Sapa, she booked us tickets to Fansipan, and even look after our luggage while we were out since we arrived way before our check in time. She gave us thoughtful gifts of snack and water to take for our journey back to Lao Cai and helped us communicate with our driver. Nothing.

The staff were very helpful, nice, accommodating, and kind. The view from our room was very picturesque. Some furniture was a bit old with marks such as the coffee table then batteries of Tv was not working but they were able to fix it. We were jn the top floor, so my senior parents had to walk up stairs. Although luggages were helped by the staff.

Also great stuff. The receptionist was hospitable and friendly. Told about the place and activities around.

The location was super convenient, the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful The bed was comfy, good value for good price Everything was good Maybe the room turned a Little small but it's because have to much furniture around but is not deal-breaker

The staff here was superr nice. Made sure we were comfortable the whole stay. It was a great location too. Walking distance to many good restaurants and Sapa Station and Convection Center.
