Beautiful view from our room overlooking the mountains and rice fields. The hotel is well located with two restaurants with good prices and good food. Nice fireplace in the lobby and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was modern and clean. I highly recommend it.

After our plans changed, we booked this hotel thinking it would be for one night. As weather didn't allowed, we ended up staying another night and the owners went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. The location was continent, a few minutes walk to the city center. The room was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. We even got upgraded to a room with a nice view of the valley, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast selection was big and everything was fresh and tasted good. Overall, high value for money and a great place for someone want a quite and nice hotel in Sapa.

The location is ideal—just about 1 km from Sapa town and within walking distance to Moana Sapa, so getting around was easy. The rates are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities. We especially appreciated the warm water and the small but cozy pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Nothing at all.

Friendly staff. Away from the city center but still a lot of noise since there were dogs barking across the street the whole night, the toilet made loud howling everytime someone used it (in the other rooms as well) and you could hear every customer from the corridor. The cleaning could have been better.

The location is not in central Sapa, so had to rely on taxi which was expensive. No menu available in the room to order food. The View from my room was pathetic
