Rooms are huge, clean and I love the view from our terrace. Just a few steps from the tourist attraction-Moana Sapa.

ממליצה מאוד מאוד. המיקום אולי לא נמצא ממש במרכז העניינים, אבל לוקחים גראב בתשלום מינמלי ומגיעים לאן שצריך. חוץ מזה, את הדרך חזור מהמרכז למלון, עשינו תמיד ברגל כי זה רק ירידה ומדובר בכמה דק הליכה.

It has a perfect location . a few minutes walk to MOANA. And 10 minutes drive to Center. i cant think of anything, maybe the price. Coz we book 2 days before our flight but its not really that too much.

Very nice tranquil place, good swimming pool and breakfast. Had longer ride to restaurants but not too bad.

The location is very convenient, with Moana Sapa and Sun Plaza just a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We’re glad we found this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. This is not something we didn’t like, just a small suggestion. It would be nice to have an extra chair in the room when more than one person is staying, so guests can sit comfortably without needing to use the bed.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we even extended it. A huge thank you to the reception team: Lucy, Jimmy and Lenh. They made everything feel effortless. Thanks to them, we were able to get discounted tickets to most tourist attractions, they patiently answered all our questions, and when we were leaving, they even prepared a little takeaway bag with snacks and water. Such a small detail, but it meant a lot and perfectly reflects how caring and genuine they are. The location is just perfect: peaceful and away from the city noise, yet only 10 minutes from the center and around 5 minutes from Moana Café. The view from the room is honestly stunning! Waking up and seeing beautiful mountains from the window felt special every time. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and smell amazing, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. What we really appreciated is the atmosphere - no crowds, very calm, and perfect if you’re looking for privacy and a quiet escape. We’re writing this review because this place truly deserves to be discovered by more people. Highly recommend!!! -

The location is perfect. 2 min walk to Moana. IT was funny we booked grab car for it. We were embarrased. HAHAHA None

Lovely place in perfect location - walkable in 10min to the main centre, but quiet enough that it's away from the busyness. Great cafes and restaurants close by too. Views were good from the room when the mist cleared. The standout was the great service from Linh and the front desk - super helpful and friendly, gave us great recommendations for what to do and even helped me recover some lost property I left at a cafe! They packed us lunch for our bus trip when we left too. Also the breakfast was really good - some of the best pho we've had! Thanks so much for everything! Nothing.

A bit noisy in the morning for about an hour from the road, but not a problem if you are an early morning person.

Staff was very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning after a long bus ride. Once a room became available, they let us check in a few hours early. They also helped arrange rides when needed. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options of a continental breakfast type and then was also able to order eggs, pancakes, etc from a menu. Great view from the room. There were some mini-marts and restaurants nearby. The only drawback would be that I would say it is on the very outskirts of the city proper, meaning you can walk to downtown, but it is a healthy walk (20 minutes + uphill). We preferred to take a taxi for a couple of dollars.

They have the awesome staff. They helped me prepare a surprise for my husband, they also upgraded our room! The room was spacious, clean and with a nice design. Best value for money! None
