A few blocks from downtown Clean large room with king bed Coffee table with teapot / coffee maker Owner/manager bring fresh breakfast Shower door opening is small Heating is slow and manager have to teach you to operate No elevator -long walk upstairs

We loved the large clean room with comfortable bed, large seating area with picture window, and awesome breakfast. Also we appreciated being allowed to store our bicycles inside out of the weather. Most of all, it's because of the owner that this place deserves its superior rating. Hoi, made our stay very enjoyable and catered to all our needs. He was also very helpful with suggestions for local activities, restaurants and making a reservation at another hotel at our next stop. No complaints

HOME Feels ❤️ - Hotel was very clean! Spacious room with a nice view with Comfortable and Huge bed - Accommodating and very kind Host, - Great breakfast (Omelette w bread, Chicken/ Beef Noodle Soup); - BEST COFFEE! (We even bought their beans bcs it was too good!) - Value for money! Walking distance to Sun Plaza and Sapa Centre! We got to explore a lot :) Wish we stayed here and in SaPa longer!!!! ?

We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with a mountain view. It was a bit difficult to find on maps, but it's just opposite Sapa Dragon Hotel. We reached early morning so the staff wasn't reachable but they did send a taxi to pick us up later. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry service was helpful. It's 5 min walk from the city centre, but considering the slope, it feels a lot more than that. It can get noisy at night due to the coffee place downstairs, but only if you're a light sleeper.

Awesome mid range hotel. Quality for price is hard to beat. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Host/owners are super friendly and accomodating. Great location. 100% recommend The blinds could have been a bit darker but it really wasn’t a problem.

I think it’s expensive, vue if you wand a luxury hostel it’s for you !!! The staff is really friendly. I think the trek proposed by Tom travel are very expensive and if you want to walk just 8 km per day it’s for you. I asked to walk 15 km per day and my guide didn’t consider my request ?

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's only a 5 minute walk to centre but far enough to be away from the noise. Omelette for breakfast was very tasty. It was nice to have a bathroom with a shower cubicle so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet from the shower.

Location, view, clean new rooms, very cosy place. Really like home. Breakfast is till 9 only, it would be great to have it till 10

We arrived early morning having got the overnight train so really appreciated the warm welcome and being able to get breakfast on arrival & an early check-in. Our room was great - spacious and much better facilities than we’d had at considerably more expensive hotels elsewhere in Vietnam. Tom Travel also really helpful in organising a day trek and return transport to Hanoi.

Extremely kind host, the room is spacious and clean, good breakfast and good location. Winter is a bit cold in Sapa, and out AC in the room was no able to warm up the big room properly. Usually there is a small fire in the outside lobby and the smoke goes everywhere within the building.

Beautiful views, friendly owners who even made us a takeaway breakfast on the day we left. The location was perfect to walk to the main attractions and the breakfast’s delicious… the chicken pho was my favourite Nothing

The location was perfect. Close to the center yet quiet. Two minute walk from the fansipan station and maybe a 20min from Cat Cat Village. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view over the city. We could leave the curtains open at night since noone could look in, it was private. Bed was a little hard but comfortable, ac on heat worked well, shower was very hot and a lot of water pressure. We always had water and coffee in the room for our little kettle. We also used the laundry service which was quick and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was always very helpful, polite and smiled every time he saw us. The breakfast was ample and delicious, beautiful sit down area to eat at. We were served both tea and coffee which was a nice touch. On our last day we left before breakfast time but we were given a warm breakfast sandwich and fruit to go. The gentleman waited with us outside to make sure we were picked up. He was great. We loved it! nothing :)

Large clean room, free breakfast of 2 eggs and bread. Close to centre with good restaurants around the corner. Reception man was fantastic . Station to fanispan 2 minutes walk, 35 mins downhill to cat cat village. Quiet at night. Nothing
