From the moment we arrived the receptionist Luna looked after us, she organized our transport and day tour to all the local sites. She is an asset to Sapa Green such an amazing person to go out of her way to want to help and make sure we are comfortable. Also the most comfortable bed we have had in Vietnam maybe even more comfortable than our bed at home ? you can book here with complete confidence. The rooster at 5am in the town ? but seriously nothing the Hotel and staff were perfect

Near sunworld plaza and great breakfast Someone opened our door from the housekeeping not in the middle of the night when we where sleeping and we all got shock it was not a good experience. If you will book this hotel always make sure to have the locks double secured so you won’t have the same experience as ours.

The staff were very welcoming & helpful. We were able to get an early check-in at 7 am. The location was near to everything we needed, and on a fairly quiet street. The laundry service was great. We got our clothes back within 8 hours. The room was big & clean. Nothing.

Massage was good in the hotel. Near Fancipan train station. Near many restaurants. Near hair and nails saloon. Free Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and neat. NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA.People smoke whenever and wherever they like smoking even near children. The internet was virtually non-existent. We could not watch any news on Youtube. We could not watch a movie or two during our stay. The ref did not work. Shower clogged with hair.

The location is superb — situated just behind Sun Plaza and within a 10-minute walking distance to the ticket office. The road in front of the property is quite narrow and vehicles are not able to stop for more than 10 minutes.

Very cold at reception level including breakfast area, breakfast Quality was far away from expectation or Vietnam standards After shower the full bathroom was flooded.

The location is great. The hotel is just next building of Fansipan monorail and so close to city center. So many restaurants near the location. The hotel has a spa on the whole 2nd floor which is so convenient. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has good Vietnamese cuisine selections. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. No overlooking view.

At time of check out we were told the one of the pillow cover is spolied. We did not check it at time of check in and hence we had no clue . We paid some amount for cleaning it .

Location and nightly rates. We stayed during the colder time in Sa Pa. It was very cold in the breakfast area in the morning (door remained open during the breakfast buffet time), to the point you could see your breath at times.

It's just a little disappointing that the staff assigned upon our checking is not that friendly, not too welcoming. And unfortunately we encounter the same staff upon leaving, we said goodbye and didn't even look or react. The only thing that I hate about this hotel.
