Just behind Sapa Station, The staff was able to upgrade us to mountain view room. cheaper room rates, approachable staff limited choices for breakfast (egg, rice, plain fried noodles, cut bananas, pancake) Room was opened without notice.Utilities were placed on rusted container toothbrush that were provided were already opened.

Very central location but in a quiet back street. Can easily walk everywhere. Helpful & friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily, comfy beds! Some mould and a leaky tap but mould is pretty inescapable in Vietnam

Sapa Symphony Hotel is in an excellent location and the owners are very friendly. The breakfast is simple but very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom is old but clean. This a simple hotel and a good value. The bathroom could use an update.

I booked this hotel after frustrated with other hotel nearby. Turn out the hotel is good with the facility and most importantly is water heater. Staff didnt change our towel and same goes with our bedsheet.

Good price and friendly staff :) The bed was very hard and there were no hot water in the shower. The breakfast did not have good options and the AC did not work aswell.

The room is clean and facilities are working well. The receptionist isn't always there. Very inconvenient if you're in a rush and no one's there when you need to check in or check out.

The breakfast is good.The staff is friendly and helpful toilet paper only 1 rolls to be shared by many. should give at least 2roll if not intended to top up daily.

location and the staff in the morning.. breakfast... i never had that kind of breakfast.. bread without even butter or jam... buffet with just egg, rice & noodles and water melon... no juice just coffee.

The receptionist was wonderful, she helped us with everything from taxi's tickets money exchange, advice and an hospital emergency. The only improvement could be made for the breakfast menu.

The hotel is super nice and right in the center. The lady at the reception is very nice.
