Son Ha Hotel Sapa

Near in sapa station Toilet door has a whole in the lower part and also its weird that its lock is outside not inside of the toilet ? but we don't mind it because we always outside of the hotel ?

Location is just in front of Sun plaza There is no proper maintenance on the property. Its already old inside. No proper cleaning. Needs painting. Our door was hard to close. And the Key was sometimes not working.

NOTHING The staff was so rude, she wasn’t nice at all. Yelled at me at the middle of the night and said something in Vietnamese to me, the tone sounds like she cursed me. I dont recommend at all, she didn’t want to show me the room before i pay!

The staff and the manager was really communicative and responds very quick. They are very helpful. Our location was just outside Sun Plaza and that was a really great thing to consider when booking an accommodation. None

For the price, it was surprisingly really good! Spacious, no frills, yet quite comfortable. The bed was good and the shower had great pressure and excellent temperature. And the location was perfect!! Nothing comes to mind.

The Hotel is just 120 meters from the Sapa Square or the city centre. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls. Seated next to Fansipan Cable Car Station. Staff were so kind, polite and proactive, led by Ms Lana. They were so friendly. Room was huge and clean. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Sapa. And definitely I will come back again whenever I am in Sapa.

Awesome customer service . Close to Fansipan

The location was great — right in the middle of a busy area and just a short walk to Fansipan. The price was very cheap for such a convenient spot. The manager was very helpful, and it was nice that you can check in early for an extra fee. The facilities were quite old. Also, there was a glass panel above the door, and when the hallway light was on, it made the room very bright. As someone who can’t sleep with lights on, I couldn’t sleep well because of that.

We love the place since it is in the center of the town. Very accessible to all tourists attractions especially the Sun Plaza where it only a walking distance to book for Fansipan Legend. If you want to go shopping, this is the perfect spot. The hotel staff is also very accommodating especially Sunny. Two thumbs up for her.

Closest to Sun Plaza No elevator but good thing we only brought light bags and our room was on the 2nd floor

The property is just a minute walk to sapa station and other establishments like spa’s, restaurants and some tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and big. A big thanks to Ms. Lang the receptionist who helped me with from check in to check out, all my request has been granted. I would highly recommend this place for your comfortable stay.

Location right in the center, we booked a small room and the manager upgraded us to a larger and more airy room, the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with us

Thank you, Son Ha Hotel, for giving us such a unique and memorable experience! You’re a friendly, chill, and definitely recommendable hotel. Positive Highlights: The staff are amazing! They strike the perfect balance between being friendly and giving guests space when needed. Sometimes, you just want to be left alone, and they totally get that. The water pressure was incredible! No issues with low water pressure at all. The hot water heater? It was so hot it could’ve boiled an egg! Totally loved it. The air conditioning was fantastic—perfectly cold and refreshing. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Sun Plaza, which is super handy. Almost everything you need is within close proximity to the hotel. While there’s no elevator, it was a good workout, and honestly, totally worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in Room 205, and I’d definitely book it again if I have the chance. The TV worked great, and we were able to unwind with an English movie before bed. The view from our room was absolutely picturesque. Also, they have a lot of electrical plugs!! Son Ha Hotel truly provided a great stay with everything we needed. Highly recommend it!

This hotel is well located in the center of sapa and offers a chip price for a decent place. I think the cleaning level could be better in the room and in the shared spaces.
