Only the location I think is good for the hotel. Everything is bad. Very slow internet. They only give us 2 pillows for our room. The front desk is rude and not accommodating. They only let us borrow 2 umbrellas (we are 4). We just needed to go out for breakfast. The remote control of the AC is broken. The hotel room smells moldy/old. Bathroom door lock is broken. Additional fee for paying using credit card.

Expectation versus reality the photo look big and spacious but its not we are a group of 3 only 1 luggage can open . We could not fit no vault or when u book a grab u have to walk its terrible None

They been cleaning the room everyday and change the towels. They lack cups for coffee and glass for drinking water

The location and price are what won us over. The hotel is in a perfect spot, making it very convenient for getting around Sapa, and it offers great value for the price. The biggest downside during our stay was the noise. Roosters nearby began crowing very early in the morning (around 4 a.m.), which made it difficult to get a full night’s rest. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.
