5-star review: Stayed on the 5th floor at Sapa Hills Hotel and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. Comfy beds and the breakfast spread was a highlight every morning. Special shoutout to Mr. Quan the manager and Ngoc at the front desk — both were incredibly helpful, especially with translating to English when we needed it. Big thanks to the cleaning staff and cooks too. You all made the stay amazing. Only note: The hotel sits on a main street, so soundproof doors/windows would be a plus. There’s quite a bit of vehicle and bike traffic + beeping from day till night. Overall: Great location, warm staff, and views you won’t forget. Highly recommend. Very clean, nice staff, beds are very soft The location is terrible and right on a very busy and narrow road. You can hear all traffic throughout the night, the hot water lasts about 5 minutes.

Breakfast was so good. Staff was very very kind and respectful. They started helping us even before started the trip by booking excursion tickets, train tickets for us. All good. Good view from the hotel room. Ground and top floor don't have lifts. So people have to carry luggage by stairs.

Located at the center of Sapa, kind and helpful staff, free breakfast, spacious room. There is no elevator straight from the ground floor goong up the 5th floor, you’ll have to use the stairs to 2nd floor and ride the elevator up to the 4th floor.

We stayed for 4 days and had a really great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. Honestly, nothing major! everything was smooth and met our expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel manager, Mr. Quan Tran, was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with an early check-in, luggage storage, and numerous inquiries. The pricing is very competitive, and breakfast is included. none, all is superb and meet the expectations
